OMG thanks for quick correction. I was about to lose my mind and almost forgot to tell bartender to put extra olives in my Dirty Martini.Correction: Hold the outrage.

Uh yea, pretty big correction there, ROB.
But this guy just came forward Monday. That's why I really wish we could see PF right now...the earliest he knew of this was a few days ago and he probably thought the judge wasn't going to allow it. Love it!
Also pleading the 5th is a cop out
I'm only reading Sam's Tweets from now on...Who makes that kind of an error?!?OMG thanks for quick correction. I was about to lose my mind and almost forgot to tell bartender to put extra olives in my Dirty Martini.
I helps to sing along-
What do Patricks dreams of?
When they take a little Patrick snooze
Do they dream of mauling witnesses
Or Krystal in her cleanup suit
Don't you worry your pretty pointed head
We’re gonna get you back to the Franch and your cozy cowboy bed
And then were gonna find our best friend Mom
And then were gonna give her a best mom hug
Patrick, Patrick, Oh, Patrick…

Thanks Pommy, It sounds like the jury can consider 2nd degree murder, but I don't believe there's a snowballs chance in hades that they'll even consider it.Josh Whitston on Twitter
The penalty for manslaughter is 2-6 years and the penalty for 2nd degree murder is 8-24 years, if convicted.

Based on jury instruction arguments, seems like jury will have the option to convict #PatrickFrazee on lesser charges of second-degree murder and manslaughter instead of just first-degree murder. Instructions will be finalized this afternoon.

That’s much better. Dear Lord was I confused!
@PommyMommy can you fix this for me? Please! Lol!
I only feel sorry for her children, and hubby. Not her, not MS, or the Rocksalls. She went into this knowing full well what she was doing, and her little posse backed her. NONE of them called LEO to put a stop to this.If not sooner, as soon as KK saw that crime scene, just as PF left, she should have gone straight to LE for her own protection. LE could have altered LE in Idaho to protect her children and their father until PF was taken into custody. Instead she cleaned up, obliterated evidence, brought him lunch, split a pizza. She went back to Idaho and left a baby in his care. What was she thinking?????

Lol, I know. I wonder if that's why they've hardly crossed the last few days. They probably looked right at him and said, "Really!?"Can you imagine the look on faces of PF's lawyers when the prosecutors said, "We have some last minute evidence that we are required to share with you -- here it is."
