Linda said she and her daughter were constantly in contact throughout the day. She also didn’t worry when her daughter didn’t come back home because sometimes she stays with friends. The last communication was Krystin texting that she was waiting for a bus. Then the messages stopped.

The search is intensifying for missing mom Krystin Loera. The mother of two young daughters was last seen in Lakewood nearly one week ago.

Loera lives in Wheat Ridge. Her mother, Linda Loera, told CBS4 that she was on the phone with her daughter, texting with her, while the 28-year-old was waiting for a bus near the intersection of Kipling and Colfax.”

”She’s a good mom,” said Loera’s mother, Linda Loera. “She has two daughters, she’s family-oriented, she always keeps in contact with us.””

Commenting to get her name back on the front page. I'm a little confused...her mom spoke to her Friday morning assuming before work? And she would have been getting on a bus to come home after? Was she seen anywhere near the bus stop? Is that the Kipling and Colfax sighting? Who spotted her there?
 
OK yea that's weird. Her FB says she works at AutoPay in Denver and I saw a FB comment that seems to confirm this is current info. That's the 1100 block of Broadway which is 3 city blocks south of Colfax. Kipling and Colfax are 6-7 miles away from her work. Maybe she had to transfer buses from downtown in Lakewood? Otherwise how did she get to Lakewood from downtown? Traffic is REALLY heavy through there. You'd go east on Colfax to Kipling, then north on Kipling to WheatRidge. From that intersection to Wheatridge is like only 3-4 miles.
 
Also, she was not reported missing for a few days. So maybe they assumed she went out with friends and styed there and once they learned nobody knew where she was, they reported her missing?

Yes and bus footage. They have not reported anything from RTD yet, no pics of her on the bus. I wonder why? She could have taken the light rail from downtown as well, there's a major station/stop at Colfax and Speer which isn't too far from where her job (per facebook) is located. There's another station in Lakewood off of Garrison. Still a walk though so maybe a bus transfer is easier. If she did get on public transportation it would be good to see if anybody got off/on with (behind) her.
