Ok. I think I got it. Here are links to the orders corresponding with defense motions. One motion was denied stating they wouldn't tell the ME how to do their job. It appears that was for fingernail and hand clippings and swabs.
The order for DNA from the throats was granted. There was no objection by the prosecution:

It does not appear that there was any motion for DNA from inside the throats. Just the necks. But the order referred to the neck as "throats".
