I was responding to the second half of a double quoted post so my response was to the part where it was said why wouldn't he just use a hypodermic needle. Here in NJ at least, you need a prescription for that. Even for the lancets for my glucose meter requires an rx. I can buy the test strips OTC but the lancets, nope. IDK what nefarious purpose one could find for a lancet, nevertheless they have to be prescribed!

LE found the accounts through a statement in her email account. They don't mention email date. Account opened in April.

Defense now asking SA Harris about a statement sent to #SuzanneMorphew email about her alleged secret bank account. It was a GreenDot account. Defense says you can access the account and withdraw money without having to go to a bank.

In April, #SuzanneMorphew opened up an account with GreenDot bank and Royal Compass Management. Eytan asked Agent Harris he had looked into this and he said he hadn't. The state is now asking Agent Harris more questions.

We haven't heard of a gruesome scene of small bloody animal explosions upon arrival at PP.

There may be no connection. Could have bern there for awhile or fallen out of a pair of pants. It was I think on Suzanne’s side of the bed. Did she shoot either for hunting or at a range?

There's no evidence no less conjecture that Suzanne ever hunted or even shot a gun and because of that, I highly doubt the defense would ever even propose that as a reason for the live shell being in her bedroom.
Even avid hunters aren't going to leave shells lying around. Wasn't he very, um, thrifty? They cost money.

Unless I missed it somewhere, there was no definitive answer that this Bobcat was GPS equipped, that it was working and did not show evidence of tampering.

Then, how are they so certain it wasn't used, I do wonder.

At least my aunt (who is very dear to me and almost my last remaining one) had 20 or more good years with that fellow (who always felt very embarrassed by the way that they met and what had happened).

So it's possible Barry knew about the account - if he had any inkling of her email address. How much snooping did Barry do?

Someone surely "looked into it" and Eytan is going to have to figure out the roadmap here, on her own - the State has no obligation to provide a map. I have no sympathy for Eytan in terms of the avalanche of paper/data that the prosecution continues to provide (it will increase as trial approaches). Barry needs to pay her to go through all of this (especially since he "can't recall" how to guide her through it).

That's the thing about freedom. Women are allowed to open bank accounts.
Did BARRY have any assets/accounts in his and only his own name? Where did he acquire those funds? Landscaping? A failed tree farm? How about that deer farm? Where did he get that money.
The properties 'they' owned in IN? The ones he sold as soon as he had her declared incapacitated?
I don't think he had anything of value until he married Suzanne and the generosity of her family.
I REALLY hope LE has looked into his financials. I know, I've said it before but I REALLY HOPE so.

Works for me. People go paperless which does not make a bank account 'secret' unless someone says it was to THEM.

I owe probably 50,000.00 in other debt.
My house on Zillow is 293,000. I might get 210,000. I live rough!
I have Social Security because I have always filed and paid. Not on time, but got around to it.
I will never get out of debt, and what's worst is , I might have to get a job.

Did SM have Life Insurance. I don't think he will get SS. He's just 4 years younger than me. IMO

It seems like every account I have wants me to go paperless. I’ve accidentally gone paperless on a few accounts because I didn’t uncheck the defaulted paperless choice when I was logged in online. Only figured that out when I realized the statements weren’t coming in the mail anymore. I know that’s not the case here-Suzanne would have been prudent to get her own accounts for her future.

BTW Barry’s flippant “he would have given her half” in a divorce might not have been all she could have gotten. She could have gotten a big chunk, if not half, of the value of the business. Not sure on alimony in CO but she may have gotten that after so many years of marriage. And all of the properties they had acquired during their marriage, especially if their money was commingled as it seemed to be.
