I wonder if after the family posted bail he is released from jail to go to the office where the monitoring device was being fitted on him? That could be the reason we see them exiting official places twice.

That would make sense but wouldn't he be escorted by LE to insure he was fitted with the monitor? And not do a runner in between?

I have no idea if that’s the protocol or one is assumed to follow the rules after posting a high cash bond. Otherwise LE would have to throw the fugitive immediately back to jail.
Then again, it might just be his first visit to the probation office as @Momofthreeboys suggested.

Not necessarily. Generally or at least in my state, these services are farmed out so just depends on where the office is that the guy who puts them on and takes them off and gives instructions works out of. In my state, the people who get one as part of sentencing or parole also pay the monitoring service directly each month so there is paperwork to sign. It was part of the conditions of his bond so it wasn't like he wasn't going to comply. My guess is one image was at the jail and the other image was at county offices or wherever probation staff work from if there are two different buildings in Chaffee County.

Sadly underwhelmed by the entire AA and sickened by the videos of BM being released. Other than Barry repeatedly lying, the AA contained nothing, even less than the nothing the state showed at the PH. He just paid $500k to get away with Suzanne's murder, actually, Suzanne just paid for him to get away with it. If (big bolded IF) Barry gets convicted of anything, it will be for the illegal gun and the voting ballot and he will probably get time served. I hope the state finds their A game cuz they certainly misplaced it with the AA and PH. I don't foresee any justice for Suzanne. She deserved so much better. Jmo

:D:D:D
Once out the front door, once out the back?

Both girls get in the backset with Barry in flannel. Woman driving.
Barry gets in front, MM1 driving, Mom in back, MM2 in a different vehicle.

Does anyone know why it was once out the front door, once out the back?
That is odd. Probably didn’t like how he looked in the flannel, so he went back in and changed.:D

Yes but temps also fluctuate right now....50s at night and into the morning and then this week it was quite hot in Colorado by afternoon....Layering up and adding or shedding clothes is quite normal in Colorado.

OMG

I am posting out of turn (6 pages behind) but was Barry showering WITH BLEACH to remove SKUNK SCENT?????????

He knew how to use it.... why? Why would someone know that?

Please this isn't nothing!!! Maybe THAT'S why he didn't want to go in through the front door. He was still rank.

He got lucky with the room over the pool but how else do you explain MULTIPLE wet towels and multiple wardrobe changes if he wasn't showering each time?

What guy uses up ALL THE TOWELS? Or even more than one?????? It was DAYTIME!!!

Did he mark the spot with eau de skunk?

He isn't smart but he is a hunter... nay, nay, a predator.

There was some excess stuff in there for sure, but no matter what, this thing was going to be incredibly lengthy.

There's a lot of context that needed to be explained here, and as far as Barry goes, it was important to understand that, so we could understand him.

It was also important to understand Suzanne, what she went through, and the details surrounding their marriage.

The vast majority of this thing was Barry's own words, and the stunning amount of lies, inconsistencies, and ever changing accounts.

That's super important, as a no-body case is really difficult, especially with no physical evidence.

I may be in the minority here, but the flow mostly felt right to me. I knew where they were going, and what they were trying to show.
Agree. His own words.

Early on when the defence motioned to have the AA remain sealed they said something to the effect that it amounted to character “assassination.” I beg to differ. This was more like suicide. A self inflicted mortal wound. He wouldn’t suicide himself physically but he sure suicided his character.

Oh Barry.

Guess Barry is going to have to take up archery if he plans on doing any hunting this year. He’s going to need a lot of arrows if he plans on getting chipmunks.

I can't remember which posters here highlighted Barry's use of [redacted]'s credit card and his use of a device that he used a smaller percentage of time than someone else.

The first was referenced by Suzanne in her list of reasons -- think about it. How would Suzanne have uncovered this? If not a household member?

JMO but I think Father of the Year here was using a daughter's credit card (which he'd see as his own, but also a good way to hide a purchase from Suzanne) and a daughter's phone. Use, delete, use, delete.

Gosh, he's an ick.

And speaking of staging (I wasn't but the AA does), that jailbreak walk was IMO 100% staged. Choreographed by counsel. Be strong, be united, show jubilation, like you've just won a lottery or skinned an elk.

It was gross.

But that's why his attorneys get the big bucks.

No, Barry, not that kind.

However - you yourself do believe Barry murdered Suzanne, if I'm reading your post correctly. And you have based that I'm guessing on the PH and now the AA (which personally I do believe contains a lot more info). Obviously we can be more liberal with our opinions than a jury can be, but still - the vast majority of us here absolutely think Barry did this, based on what we have seen and read so far.

Having read the AA last night, I have no doubt in my mind whatsoever. The points made in the AA may appear to be small pieces, but pull them together and the resulting finished jigsaw is clear as those Colorado skies to me.
