Is it possible that BM’s bond may be revoked or modified if LE determines that BM was somehow involved in this SD trespassing situation? For example, sending her a text instructing her to go get the package… Also, is an individual on probation subject to “random searches” at their residence? All Just MOO

So, with SD being arrested, would LE be able to take her phone and analyse this to find out whether she received any calls/texts from BM regarding this porch pilfering and trespassing?

That would be AMAZING if he messed up his bond by this silly stunt. Will his girls walk him back to the the prison doors if that happens?

wouldn’t that depend on who the name on the to label, even if the address was wrong? Ie if it says Barry Morphew but has his old address would it be stealing if he asked SD to pick it up?

You're right, of course. A conundrum both ways. A loyal BM would fess up, and admit he authorized her to pick up the package. How loyal is BM?

I suppose he could conceivably say that he assumed SD would have the sense to call in advance or at least knock, explain her purpose, and otherwise respect the new owners' privacy. What will she say in her own defense? How loyal is SD?

This could all be nothing, of course: He ordered a kitchen appliance for his daughter and when it shipped he realized that he forgot to update his address in time. He asked his one trusted friend in town to pick it up without notice because the new owners are on the do not contact list. Pushing the boundaries? Yes. Abusing her friendship by putting her at risk? Yes. Grounds to revoke bond? No. MOO.

Probably not, but it looks like he shot himself in the foot again. Oh that’s right. He isn’t allowed to have a gun to shoot himself in the foot.
How convenient that he’s living right across the road where he can keep a good eye on the old homestead. He probably enjoys his new found freedom taking walks along the river, going for Bobcat rides, and hiking and biking……….

It could be as simple as Barry ordered something from Amazon or Cabelas and forgot to change the shipping address? He sends ShoSho over to pick it up, what a nummy for agreeing to do his bidding.

I had a feeling there would be monkey business going on while he's out, just not so soon. Wonder if someone will be in court and we'll get the deets?

In her interview with investigators, Darke said she has known Morphew since October 2020 because she cleaned his neighbor's house and met him at a dumpster outside the home, according to the affidavit.

She deleted items off her phone and one may have been a number belonging to Barry Morphew's second phone number, according to the affidavit. This happened in front of investigators.

She did not answer all of the investigators' questions.

She told them she called the CBI tip line in May 2020 to report a strange vehicle around Puma Path around the time Suzanne Morphew disappeared.

This 'arrest' has now created more for us to think about.
SD's involvement from dumpster meeting, ?? before this, ?? phone deletions.
The woman may 'hiding' loads of facts, now to be unraveled.

No-- SD was seen AA photos at Co Spgs hotel.

I don't believe MSM published the name of the woman seen in Mexican restaurant photos but I believe it's witness HW.
