No, Andy wasn't...at the 20 minute mark
yeah you know barry was in one of the search parties so he would go off in one direction we'd
20:05
split up divide and conquer well he'd gone the back way up the
20:11
mountainside there and had stopped and he got out and wanted to look over a bluff
20:16
and my friend got concerned because barry stopped and laid down on the ground right in the middle of it....

Thanks. I was just going to write the same thing. You beat me to it. Barry wasn’t having any part of searching with Andy.

Thanks I remembered Andy flew in a couple days after Suzanne disappeared but I could not remember which friend and family group did what and searched where that first week.

It’s on page 57 of the affidavit.
“When the Richardsons went to the Morphew house for the second dinner, Barry announced that was a Virgin, and there are no other virgins at Western State.”

I have a hard time believing BM (including most people) can negotiate a high peak mountain at that elevation & terrain with a body. No. Regardless of BM’s hunting skills he wasn’t carrying dead animals up a mountain either.

If DA Stanley stated she believes SM’s remains are en route to BM’s hotel room, or in a rugged area off a service road by Puma Path, etc. Okay. But SAR can’t access this location safely, but BM could? Nah. IMO

I might agree with you, except, BM was HIGHLY motivated to disappear SUZANNE. So I imagine he was capable of a lot of things a bit out of the ordinary.

I grew up in, and still live in, mountainous country. There are many ways to move weight across/through/over all types of terrain.

RSBM

Not necessarily. There are numerous cases of bodies turning up in areas that have been 'searched' - even with dogs.

If the body is not lying out in the open, it can easily be missed.

This.^^^

If you’ve spent any time following missing persons cases, you know this is true. Bodies have been found in areas even after thorough and professional searches.

SUZANNE will be found. I don’t know when, but she will.

Exactly right! I wish we knew what the second device was, how it was connected to his accounts. This VPN he bought with his daughters card (or her account or something like that). He sure did search some odd things and I guess some of that could be innocent, but some of it really didn't have a good reason for the searching and he lied about it (I think we'd have an easier time making a list of what he didn't lie about at this point). He was hiding something shady beyond planning to kill Suzanne. Maybe a girlfriend or two, maybe Sho being the girlfriend before he was even supposed to have met her.. maybe illegal acts with his business or hunting related illegal things. He was up to no good.

I still think it's possible Suzanne discovered some illegal activity. She was working on his billing that week too in addition to the "I'm done" text, she texted him about the business stuff she was doing for him, maybe she uncovered more nonsense. We know they had a fight one day too. I just think there are so many reasons he could have snapped and finally did it and all of them point back to his narcissistic controlling ways.

I think SD was definitely in the picture before BM disappeared SUZANNE. She was another motivator to get rid of SUZANNE.
IMO

And if few people knew about her relationship with BM, she could have been very helpful to him behind the scenes.

I’ve wondered if the unknown device (to WSers) BM connected to was a phone or something SD had.

MOO
If there is an area they suspect near PP then:

Electronic evidence points them there
or
Friends or others have indicated he spent time there previously.

MOO have always thought that Old Monarch Pass Rd. Offered the best access to a remote area. There is a powerline catwalk cut that parallels or crosses much OMPR, meaning a vehicle can be pulled off the main road and into the cut and be concealed while skullduggery is going on not far away and the access would mean extreme hiking with weight Not needed.

Andy Moorman, Suzanne’s brother. He organized a search in September 2020.

He also was in Salida two days after Suzanne went missing. I don’t think I can post the link but that search was when the picture of Barry prostrate was taken. The video is from Mike King under his PE profile and is called Extended Interview with Andy Moorman. September was the second time Andy searched and that was the large people’s search where he was assisted by you tubers. Whether the small group in May separated into two groups or not I do not know. I also don’t know which person took the widely circulated image.

How long until the snow melts? It is mid-July! Maybe, just maybe, that confident prosecution announcement saying they knew where Suzanne's body was hidden under the snow was just more bungling by a prosecutors office who has already bungled plenty.
She disappeared in early May, so we are talking a place generally accessible by early May.
MOO has been many weeks since that level at wherever they thought she was has been accessible.

I think conditions are likely optimal for a search, but I don't know what the terrain of the search area would be, how large the search area is, or what a search would look like on that terrain. Limited resources will be an issue.

I suspect the search will take some time. Investigators are searching an area, not going to a spot. I speculate that unless they're lucky, the search may take all summer. It may be necessary to continue it next summer. I am as anxious for results as anyone, but I believe the investigators know what they are doing.

If they find Suzanne's remains, I don't expect to hear about it until they announce BM's arrest. It will take time to get the forensics, follow up with whatever investigation may be indicated, and put the case together. Let's give them time!

I am hoping they search the probable area this summer and locate Suzanne's remains. However, IMO this case does not require a body for prosecution. There is so much credible and damning circumstantial evidence, without even including the Grusing interviews.

If no body is discovered this summer,I would hope there would be an arrest in the Fall with a unified and prepared prosecution. Let a jury hear the case and determine guilt. IMO the evidence is clearly pointing to Barry.
