This is an Andy Mooreman quotation taken from an older article, and it will likely turn out to be relevant.
JMO

“They did ask us, ‘why can’t we find any coolers at the house?’ And I said, ‘well I have no idea. I don’t know how many they had to begin with,” he said. “But I assume, as a hunter and a guy that maybe camps, he would have a few, and they couldn’t find a single one.”

I do too being that Suzanne wrote “She was scared” no more was heard from Suzanne after that. I believe there’s a lot more to that text string that is being withheld.

Here’s 45 photos from the Puma Path house that was sold after Suzanne went missing. It gives me the creeps. So isolated. Poor Suzanne. It definitely looks on the masculine. A mans house aka man cave. BM being a landscaper didn’t do much landscaping around their house.

I wonder why there was a need to put all new gravel down in their drive way area after Suzanne was missing. That could be a very expensive undertaking. There are several noticeable changes to the immediate areas outside the home when comparing photos to the drone videos filmed when Suzanne was reported missing.

Just going to mention this again. Nancy Grace got hold of an email to their former church in IN claiming mt lion attack. I just remembered that. She talked about it on her show, but didn't disclose the actual email.

Can that be used as evidence? Even if BM himself didn't send it?

I wonder if there was a cooler in that moving and antler mess? I still can't get over that. That is not how people who are moving into a million dollar house pack.

I'd imagine NG has to withhold the actual email transcript and sender -- for the trial ?
We don't want her nor anyone else jeopardizing the case.
However, I think NG is safe in that regard.

I took a screenshot from Chris’ YouTube Live from last night. It’s a little fuzzy, but you get the idea. It does look like the Beverly Hillbillys. Lol I also included a pic of the inside of Barry’s Truck full of antlers to sell :)

I'm confused looking at the trailer pic. This would get the attention of State Troopers as your traveling on a highway. It's clear items are not safely secured. This would be a citation. The passenger side is filled with antlers. This must have been a solo trip for him, wherever he was going. It looks like a hodgepodge of items - keep, sell and donate. IMO

Someone asked what documents BM asked SM’s father, GM to sign. It was for the sale of their house in Indiana that was due to close in early June and BM needed temporary guardianship (saying SM was incapacitated and unable to sign). GM refused and the eldest daughter signed. BM filed for it on June 1, 2020.

Barry Morphew files for guardianship of missing wife Suzanne Morphew

At 4:00

BM called GM approximately 2 weeks after SM’s gone missing and talked of her in past tense.

Ita.
Thanks for the video.
Her poor father. :(
He was already ill, and I'm certain the added fear for his daughter and heartbreak didn't help him !
Imo.

I wouldn't be surprised to learn this came from BM's mom, or TN. I think it was an honest mistake, and was actually dropped real quick, at the beginning of this case because it wasn't factual reporting. I'm not really sure why it's come up again, and so adamantly as if BM himself is where it came from.

I may have brought it up, as it’s simply a point of discussion as we wait for the AA to be released and have more important details to talk about.

My thinking about it began when the charge of attempting to influence a public officer was noted among the charges. Considered that BM may have attempted to pay someone to say that he was at FF training, and when that didn’t work out he had to switch up to the wall job. Or - he was trying to use it as an excuse to be away from Suzanne in the early part of the weekend. The actual alibi was, of course, Broomfield.

We do not know much about the FF training comment. We don’t know if it was not factual reporting, a misunderstanding, or has some significance. Likely has none at all. Who knows.

Still looking for the old CBS story. Look like CrimeOnline was checking out that aspect.
FWIW....

Relatives told CBS4 that Barry Morphew had been in Denver, about 150 miles from Maysville, on the day his wife disappeared; reportedly for some type of training believed to be connected to his work as a firefighter.

CrimeOnline reached Chaffee County Fire Chief Robert Bertram, who confirmed that Barry Morphew is one of about 40 volunteer firefighters in the county. Asked if he had any information about a possible training that Morphew had attended on May 10, Bertram said it was the first he’d heard of it.

“Due to [the coronavirus pandemic], our firefighters have not been attending any trainings sponsored by us,” Bertram said, adding that sometimes firefighters will pay for training courses on their own. The fire chief said he had heard, rather, that Morphew had been working a landscaping job in Denver on May 10.

ETA...it could be that CrimeOnline was questioning this because it didn't match the detail in the Church alert that was sent the next morning.

I’ve not come across anything in the media from Andy. I think he would reach out to LS or Profiling Evil if he was going to make a statement. That’s just moo. I’m sure he is devastated still that he couldn’t locate her body on the searches. He looked so defeated at the end of that trip. I feel so much sympathy for Suzanne’s family. So heartbreaking.
He was completely defeated and drained by day 5. Then as you mentioned he went quiet. I think they found something during those searches to reinforce their suspicions she was murdered and a victim of abuse. MOO

Chris gave very good reasoning behind his statements in the video. The first half of video is about SM. You might want to watch it to clear up some questions you have. It certainly cleared up some for me. Just MOO
Yeah, I watched most of it and I think that's the same tree pictured in MSM shortly after Andy's search and the excavation on one of Barry's properties. It's not far from the Puma Path home.

I'm still not convinced he'd bury the body so close to home when he had thousands of acres of national forest surrounding him. If he purchased and planted the tree, that would be a direct connection to the body once it was found. And why risk someone passing by on the road and seeing him? I guess he could really be that careless, but from everything we've learned I think he's a careful planner and has hidden the body very well. LE could have dug up that tree a long time ago if they had reason to believe the body was there. Imo

SM habits/routine (if any) with her wedding ring could be interesting here.

Example: if she took her rings off before biking (when I dog train or hike - I wear a Qalo ring) and the ring is missing. That could be a oversight on BM's part. Or, if she took her rings off at night and put them on after showering the next morning and the ring is still sitting where she left it. That could possibly indicate what happened to her went down overnight or before she got ready for the day. Or - she wore them 24/7 and the ring is gone along with her. I however don't think BM sold it for $$ like some have speculated. IMO

It appears he sold all of Suzanne's things, her car, her home, as if she was never coming back. He tried to sell her clothes to a thrift store but the owner refused to take them when she realized who those clothes had belonged to. Unless he gave her jewelry to his daughters, I think he probably sold that and her engagement ring, too.

"CrimeOnline has viewed a message that was sent to members of the Morphew’s former church in Indiana, requesting prayers following the news of her disappearance. The message notes that Morphew’s bike was found “crashed,” and mentions that a mountain lion had been seen in the area where the bike was discovered. “Barry is just beside himself and so are the rest of us because they can’t find her,” the message, sent on May 11, reads in part." ‘They can’t find her’: Message to church group shows desperate plea in early days of search for missing Colorado mom Suzanne Morphew [REPORT]

For some reason, I think because of the way it was worded, I always thought this was a FB messenger type message that BM's mother sent. I mean, who else would even know the prior church's contact info, besides her? And who else would say "Barry is just beside himself"? Either way, whoever sent the message was clearly informed by BM about the mountain lion, since at the time, that was his pet (no pun intended) excuse for what happened to her.

This is interesting. ^^^
So the fire chief knew on the 10th or closely thereafter that Barry was not at the non-existing ff training ?
And from whom did he hear this from ?
Barry himself ?

It's probably been discussed at length previously ---- but it sounds like Barry wasn't keeping his stories straight to anyone !
Maybe there's info. on his phone or computers-- some people keep their day calendars and 'sticky notes' on their devices instead of a notepad or whatever.
This is most likely a portion of the evidence that LE gathered.

I so want to read that AA !!!!!!
MOO.

For some reason I have always been of the opinion that when they bought the house, the furniture came with it. There don't seem to be any soft edges or feminine touches to the décor. To me, the house seems outfitted in a very stereotypical, outdated, beat up, mountain rental way. Now that I see the way Barry moved his possessions on that trailer with his gun safe and the bobcat and his antler wares for sale, plus numerous boxes of who knows what, I really do believe most of the furniture at Puma Path came with the house. Why would he haul all those items if a moving van was coming to get their furniture etc from the home in Indiana? He could have off loaded everything but the bobcat and antlers to the movers. Makes me even more sad for Suzanne.

It very well could have come from his mom or TN. I, too, wonder why this firefighter training has come up again as I thought the issue was over and done with. Rehashing things that have been proven to be false? Who knows.
