On September 24, 2020 members of the Andrew Moorman search team found items that were recovered by the Chaffee County Crime Scene Team.

At this point those items do not appear to be connected to the Suzanne Morphew investigation.

@MrsWatson sbm Yes, agreeing w you gen'ly re AM's credibility. But as to a given stmt, well, imo depends on credibility of AM's source, so I give this stmt less weight. Do we know who told AM about the bleach?

I'm pretty sure AM said he "heard" that LE said the house smelled like bleach, but he didn't say who told him. I don't think he said LE told him directly. He also mentioned several times that his information was second or third hand which might explain why it's still not clear what time the texting took place.

Search continues for Suzanne Morphew; candlelight vigil planned Friday | FOX21 News Colorado

Sept 25, 2020

The volunteer search started Thursday and is set to run through Tuesday.

A candlelight vigil for Suzanne will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at Riverside Park in Salida. Candles will be provided.

FOX21 crews on scene Thursday report they did not see Barry Morphew, Suzanne’s husband. He told FOX21 News on September 3 that he planned to help with the search and attend the vigil.

To date, no suspects or persons of interest have been named in this case.
