61-year-old Martina Ratliff Lundy has unusually not had contact with her family for around 5 weeks. She’s 5’4”, has dark brown hair and hazel eyes, and possibly last seen in Lake City. <mod edit>

It appears the summons was issued, but never served. If you look in other cases that are in the OCRS system, it will usually say "Served to" if the defendant was served. There is also usually an additional form showing the defendant was served and if they signed off on it or refused to. If the summons was issued but never served, it will say "Summons returned" or "Unserved". In this case, the judge issued the summons, but it appears a process server was just appointed on Wednesday to serve the summons. She has yet to receive her summons.

Thanks - you're correct - somehow I read that as "served" (fireworks until 1 am or later since last Wednesday haven't helped my sleep). OCRS is a good site and a lot easier to find one's way around than some of the judicial record sources.

A $6000 Reward for Information has been issued by Crime Stoppers of Columbia County and the Florida Sheriff's Association Criminal Apprehension Assistance Program (CAAP). Martina Lundy's case has been upgraded to an Endangered Missing Persons case due to the amount of time passed and due to lack communication with family and friends.

FROM CRIME STOPPERS:
On June 18, 2024, 61-year-old Martina Ratliff Lundy was reported
missing to the Columbia County Sheriff's Office. Martina was reported missing by her granddaughter, whom she normally speaks to multiple times weekly. Martina has not been seen or spoken to since May 30, 2024.

Since June 18, CCSO detectives have investigated Martina’s disappearance and pursued numerous leads, all of which have yielded negative results. As a result of this ongoing investigation, and due to the lack of communication with family and friends, Martina is presumed to be endangered.

Columbia County deputies exploring new lead into missing woman who was last seen in May

The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office is following a new lead into the disappearance of a woman who was last seen in late May.

Detectives got a new tip and started searching one of her properties in Fort White.

“Having a missing loved one puts a void in a family member’s heart that cannot be filled until that loved one is located,” Sheriff Mark Hunter said in a social media post. “Our agency is dedicated to locating Mrs. Lundy and will investigate any lead that is presented to the best of our abilities.”
