He was implying that MJ was getting preferential treatment. If it was a lessor being besides a star charges would not have been pressed on Murray. Kind of pizzed me off when he said that.

I know that is what he was trying to imply but to me he is really saying because it was MJ (addict) he shouldnt have justice like others who have died by the hands of another.

IMO

OT: eating candy corn like there is no tomorrow! If I had chocolate I would be eating that too, and cupcakes!

mix candy corn with salted peanuts. microwave about 10 seconds. soooo good!!

Just checked out a sight on giving a speech. It says DO NOT let your voice fade at the end of a sentence. I think that means you do not really believe what you are saying.

To me it was like a STAR gets better treatment from the prosecution than a "regular" (for lack of a better word) person would. But either way it's not a nice thing to imply. As Chernoff said, there is no perfect victim, victim being the key.

That's exactly how it came across to me. It was like he was just throwing in the towel and washing his hands of the whole mess.

I hope Walgren steps up there and says the state doesnt pick its victims. The defendant made them victims.........not the state.

IMO

Interesting Beth K saying when a prosecutor's reputation is attacked he should be allowed to mention it in rebuttal but does not know if this Judge will allow it.

Basically saying that the defense team made it appear to be a conspiracy between the ADA and the state witnesses. She is eager to see rebuttal but does say jury was paying very close attention to their drug addiction theory and their theory that MJ did it and would the dr be there if it were not MJ

I think Chernoff should find a different line of work. He seems tired & cranky, not personable at all. He acts like he doesn't expect to win, so F it.

KTLA TH said that Chernoff was disorganized and that when he dropped his papers, he lost of train of thought and ended abruptly.

Look at Chernoff. He does not look very positive about the outcome.

Chernoff's body langauge now is "defeat". Sitting with hands clasped and head on them. Wow, someone should tell him how bad that looks

The camera just showed Chernoff sitting up next to the table with his head in his hands, his hands clasped together, with his thumbs pushing in on the bridge of his nose. Not looking confident at all.

Walgren: "Poor Conrad Murray. Everyone is working against him" then starts listing everyone Chernoff blamed.

IMO he appears defeated not praying. He was massaging his temples for a bit too.
