Plez, I am not talking about all the posting re child support Which you well know, I am referring to the endless casting aspersions, disparaging remarks, implications and even outright accusations that Crystal kidnapped her own child or is somehow otherwise responsible for her own child's disappearance is. NONE of this is fact, none of this was ever proven or substantiated and in fact contradicts what LE has said. This, despite fully cooperating, in an investigation during which she never resisted, or declined interviews, in which LE stated Crystal isn't involved and that Misty, not Crystal, has held back information, and given inconsistent stories. JMO

Actually I didnt know until you just said it. I can only speak for myself when I say I have never accused Crystal. I might of investigated all angles and that included Crystal and her family but I never said she did it was fact or that she did it at all. I have only pointed out the facts where Crystal was concerned.

Who can really say but a father who marries the last known person to have been with his child when she "disappeared" despite LE naming her as "the key" in the ongoing investigation of his "missing" child and repeatedly requesting to speak with her further regarding the inconsistencies in her story, is a father who very obviously does not want "those questions" answered - no matter how much you attempt to deflect, divert and redirect the blame and/or responsibility of unanswered questions away from Ronald & Misty, the obvious just keeps coming right back around staring them in the face; they have the answers, they've chosen not to share those answers with LE . . . rolleyes (GU)

Looks like the judge just accepts whatever he was given as fact, except the part where it was written that the children may likely be in danger if custody awarded to rc.

Please supply the link for this statement from the judge.

And I do not believe that Crystal was spreading false statements - Because DCF and a magistrate, who spent little to no time looking into any details surrounding aforementioned issues . . . made that assessment or finding, means nothing to me whatsoever- I don't think I can make that any clearer than I have already on my low opinion of DCF . . .

So much for deleting my post.All I have to say is it wouldn't be the first time she made false accusation so its not that far fetched that she did to me. Still doesnt make what I said diverting anything.

cajun - you know that I love you even though we disagree....we both like the mudbug and that means you are ok in my book....but we both know that there have been many...perhaps not you...but many posts intimating that Crystal had something to do with abducting HaLeigh. I will stand I say I have posted such a possibility regarding RC...but those posts have been many...and often. I am glad that we can post our opinion and be free to agree to disagee. Is there a place to find the worksheets RC filled out?

If I read correctly on the custody doc..his income was 2049 (appr)
and his net was 959 (aprr). I would like to see that breakdown.

Whisperer, the information is all in the custody docs!! You can specifically find those figures in the first set around page 4 IIRC, and in the 2nd set, you will see how the judge recomputed it with Crytstal's income set at the minimum level (on page 49).
You can find a Florida government website to see the charts by googling "Florida child support guidelines", probably more accurate than the online calculators, but I don't know lol
I notice much information you seem to request, on a variety of topics, is located in those custody docs, so you should probably read them in their entirety for yourself lol
I don't know how to link to a single post or I'd link it for ya, but if you go to the Stickies sub-forum, it's in the Document links thread, Post #22 (by Patty G).

I see what you are saying there....outright statements that Crystal was "behind" the abduction because of back support is not the same as Crystal committing the physical act. I did not realize that was what was being discussed.....
