He was last seen at home on the eve of 9/9/24, and was no longer at the residence on Grandview Avenue at 8AM the next morning. He typically travels by bus and does not have credit cards or a cell phone. He is 6’1” tall, approximately 180 lbs. and has a beard as pictured above. His clothing description is unknown. He has no known medical problems and is not a danger to himself or others. Any information regarding this case should be forwarded to Detective Taylor.

From the linked article:

He has lived with his daughter and granddaughter for more than 20 years.

He recently retired from a printing services company.

The morning of September 10, his granddaughter went downstairs to check on him before she left for work. He wasn't there, but she didn't worry because she thought he had probably gone to the neighborhood store. Her mom called her at work that afternoon and said he wasn't home.

He gets around by bus. He doesn't have a phone or bank cards. He didn't take his bookbag or laptop, and his daughter says that he always takes them when he plans to be out for any length of time. He did take his wallet.

"We're seeing what he searched," Chief Walsh says. "Possibly, if he had gone somewhere to make sure he hadn't made plans."

Authorities say they've interviewed local bus drivers, scoured security footage from bus stations, and have pushed messages out to the MTA and bus stations along the East Coast.
