ITA....the two women's futures were tied together in the minds of KM and FD.

Is there any possibility that KM is talking and that is why he has received the lowered bail amounts and special travel considerations? One can hope and pray?

Since KM worked with FD, I am guessing KM STBEX knew JD? Anyone know? Did they socialize as couples? If so, did JD continue friendship after her split from FD.

I think we should also revisit thoughts on the financial shenanigans. There were mystifying transaction everywhere. I do still think MTs knowledge may be the only component that allowed her to hold ANYTHING over FDs head. That one house purchase for , or with , GV? and shady loan were a tricky deal. Whatever happen to that little loan lady? She seems to have squeezed by without divulging much.

Here's a couple of theories that support both the MT rage (and threatening to leave "forever") and the financial problems....I think the (In honor of Afitzy) "Petite Prince" was feeling the pressure from many sides:

MT threatening to leave FD:

In March, Judge Donna Heller granted Fotis Dulos supervised visitation every other weekend, starting March 30. He was allotted seven hours on Saturdays in Fairfield County and six hours on Sundays in Hartford County, which could take place at the Farmington house. Fotis Dulos was also granted three hours of visitation on Wednesdays in Fairfield County.

However, the judge banned Troconis and her daughter from interacting with the Dulos children."

“The Defendant continues to conceal the value of the Fore Group Inc. while annotating his financial affidavit with the comment that he is too poor to hire a business valuator to establish a value for the business and his concomitant claim that he does not have any idea as to the value of his business—despite personal net worth statements and applications for loans from financial institutions and banks made in connection with loans from Fore Group, Inc., for which is under ongoing obligations to report adverse financial conditions to the lender,” it said.

Fotis Dulos also “has stonewalled discovery of his personal and business finances and engaged in conduct designed and intended to hide the true nature of various business transactions during period relevant to this action for dissolution of marriage,” the motion said.

Jennifer Dulos in the motion called for the court to require her estranged husband to “provide full and unlimited access to the books, records and ESI [Electronically Stored Information] of his personal and corporate finances.

Fotis Dulos filed an objection to her motion to contempt the next day."

UPDATE: Kent Mawhinney will still be released on bond from the Stamford courthouse Monday, but will not have a hearing before. Judge Blawie’s conditions of release, listed in his order last week, will stand.

I recommend catching the media thread (esp @Marisa Alter of News 12) as this case is too complicated to rely on NG's special segments. I've not watched NG on Injustice but NG has not been covering this case as closely as local reporters. MOO

Any bets on how long it’ll take for KM to off himself/skip town/harm his STBX? I really hate to sound so callous, especially where his STBX is concerned, but I don’t think for one minute that KM will stick around to stand trial for either the murder conspiracy, OR the spousal rape charge. And I don’t believe the state of CT has traded the consideration of a visit with his dying father in FL for vital information. If I ever decide to commit a crime, I believe I will do it in CT...

At the Stamford courthouse, where a lawyer charged in the Jennifer Dulos disappearance is expected to be released soon.
Mawhinney’s lawyers, Lee Gold and Jeremy Donnelly, handed over his passport in the clerk’s office about 10 minutes ago and are waiting for Mawhinney now. They declined to comment on the case.
Mawhinney’s lawyers just left the clerk’s office and are going to the probation office, where Mawhinney is expected to be fitted with a GPS device prior to being released. His lawyers also have a change of clothes for him
