March 2017 trip to Miami. FD purchased his waterski boat, which he kept in Miami at a private waterski club, six months before. It was apparent the kids already had met MT, who was also at the same private waterski club. FD introduced her as a friend. She was with FD a lot, often in the boat.

FD moved LA and the four kids from the W Miami to the Ritz Carlton in Miami after JFD departed with one child for home. FD did not stay at the same hotel. He told LA he was staying with a friend.

Interesting! Jennifer's mom fell and broke her ankle so she and Jennifer and Noelle left Miami early. After that, Fotis moved LA and the other 4 kids into a hotel room and he "stayed with a friend".

In the morning after LA and the kids stayed at Ritz Carlton, FD had them Uber to meet him at a different waterski club in Boca.

Upon returning to Farmington, JFD told LA that she had proof FD was having an affair - receipts of a trip he took to Utah with MT and a friend and the friend's girlfriend.

Defense objects. Judge overrules the "hearsay" objection, but questions relevance. Says this appears to be a list of events, but will allow continuing line of questioning for now.

JS never directly answers Your Honor's questions so while he throw around alot of seemingly knowledgeable talk I am inclined to believe he has no clue

So agree, my suspicion is that he is greatly out of his depth and they didn't have the funds to obtain subject matter expert guidance such as seen in many other trials. It also makes his prior criticism of Atty Bowman more than a bit laughable imo.

Met Jennifer in 2017. Describing the (water)ski club in Miami, FD's boat. Jennifer did not come to the ski club. She stayed at the hotel with her mother.

FD introduced her to MT. The older boys called her Michi, hugged her, were familiar with her. FD introduced her as a friend.

They communicated in English without difficulty.

Jennifer was never in the presence of MT on that trip.

Mrs. Farber tripped and broke her ankle so Jennifer, her mother and the youngest child left, a few days before the others left.

FD moved them into another hotel. LA and the 4 kids, one bed. FD said he was going to stay with a friend.

Before Jennifer left, the arrangements included a suite of rooms.

Went to a ski club in Boca.

FD pushed LA to play laser tag. With the kids plus N, MT's daughter. FD and MT sat together.

Returned to Farmington, just LA and the 4 children. FD extended his trip.

Spoke with Jennifer when she arrived at 4J. Jennifer had proof of the affair, receipts from a trip to Utah.

Objection from the defense. Judge allows for the hearsay but admonishes the state that he'll hold them on tight rein for this general chronology. Overruled.

Jennifer confronted FD, he admitted it. Jennifer intended to divorce but be civil because of the children.

Jennifer asked LA to move with her as a nanny.

LA didn't see a future with the Fore Group, gave notice.

Defense is objecting to LA testifying to FD chasing JFd. As a prior bad acts.

LA is describing a scene. There was screaming. JFd pushed into the room LA and daughter were in. JFd tried to block the door with her body. When FD saw LA and the child, his demeanor changed. Went soft spoke.
