She's been id'd as Carol Shapiro, 43, from Manchester, who disappeared in 2007. Police don't suspect foul play and are closing the case:

I don't know about Namus, but as far as I know, Carol never had a Charley or Doe page.

UNKNOWN. CAROL LEFT A SUICIDE N0TE PRIOR TO DISAPPEARING.

Also of note: estimated height was off by at least 4 inches. Which is why I don't put much stock in height estimates when looking for matches.

Coupled with the reports that Carol suffered from mental illness, seems like this is indeed a suicide. How sad.
