I also cannot locate any news articles about this. The Waterbury area seems to be a dumping ground based on other articles about bodies found.

This is odd, especially since the description are different. Only slightly, but still different. Take the height for example. 5'4 for one and 5'5 for the other.

I never rule out on distance alone. It can be a factor, but there have been so many cases where the person ends up so far from home.

Jeremias Martinez-Ortiz? Was last seen in Chambersburg, PA and only a 5 to 5.5 hour drive (maybe longer in traffic) and his height and weight fit the description of this UID. Was last missing on Sept 24 and this body was decomposing in October so it is possible that he went to CT and something happened to him. I also wonder if this was a gang related crime JMO?

I wonder if this is a match? He was last seen about a month before Waterbury CT John Doe was found. Age is a little off but he does fit the parameters of this UID. NamUs says Spencer Willam but the article says Spencer William. AFAIK, no WS exists for this missing teen, nor is he in the NCMEC.
