Renowned Tampa psychiatrist Dr. Walter Afield, who is a body language expert, spoke to WTSP about the video, saying the “first thing he noticed is how vain” Casey is by “showcasing” her new short, blond hair and glasses.
“She very much cares about her appearance. There's the second push-back [of the hair],” he said.
Afield also surmised that Casey is “trying to act seductive,” but is in fact “lonely.”
He added, “Well, you could say that she's being protective or sexual. This is like the diary of a teenager. She's an airhead and a killer.”

Casey also begins the new video with a higher pitched baby girl like voice which is very interesting on so many levels. In essence, the little girl voice may reflect how she feels about herself subconsciously, especially now that Caylee is no longer a part of her life. Now she can be the little girl- the youngest in the family like she has always been. Now she can resume her role as the baby girl- not Caylee.

I still believe that these tapes are being released because producer Scott Sternberg’s despicable efforts at selling an interview with Casey for 3/4 of a million dollars failed. So now Plan B is in place with the release of these tapes. The timing is uncanny, especially if Casey will be released from her facility next month.

In watching these tapes it was so upsetting to see how Casey was so focused on her new piercings and to hearing the word “excited” come out of her mouth. Poor Caylee may she rest in peace, will never have the chance to experience excitement about anything.

..............Although attorney Cheney Mason says Casey did not release the video and it was illegally obtained, many, including author Aphrodite Jones believes Casey likely “doctored” the video herself or with the help of someone else and probably released it due to her narcissistic tendencies.

As Jones astutely notes on her Discovery.com blog, “...let's recall the photos of Casey that appeared last fall – those were orchestrated – with careful placement of an Ohio ball cap on Casey's head and studious glasses that allowed people to recognize her eyes.”

Anthony's Video Diaries Prompt Law Firm To Take Action

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Some lawyers said Casey Anthony's recent videos will have them back in court.

Anthony's video diaries have caused Internet frenzy. Supporters said it's good to see that Anthony is moving on with her life, but protesters are fed up, saying it was just the attention Anthony is looking for.

Members of the Morgan and Morgan law firm want Anthony to come forward and speak up in their case because they said Anthony's new videos prove she is gaming the system for profit.

The video diary seen first on WESH 2 News has prompted the law firm to take action in defense of their client, Zenaida Gonzalez. Gonzalez's legal team wants answers from Anthony about why she used Gonzalez's name in connection to the disappearance of Caylee Anthony.

"This video is a preview of everything we predicted she would do," attorney John Morgan said. "It's for profit. She has gamed the system. We will be renewing our motion to have her testify."

Tim Miller deposition must take place in Texas

Circuit Judge Lisa T. Munyon ruled today that Casey Anthony's civil lawyers may depose Texas EquuSearch founder Tim Miller in his individual capacity, but that questioning must be done where he resides in Texas.

Anthony Claims Fifth Amendment On Gonzalez Defamation Case

A Kansas City man, Rob Hensley, said he was the original source of the video diary being leaked to the net.
"The video was stolen from my YouTube account by Casey's haters," Hensley said.

In his first statement about the tapes, Jose Baez played down the possibility that Anthony was video chatting with someone and that the conversations were recorded. He said he may pursue charges.
"It's criminal. We're going to ask that it be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law," Baez said.

In a related development, a judge ruled Monday that the head of Texas EquuSearch, Tim Miller, will have to answer questions under oath in connection to his lawsuit against Anthony.

Casey Anthony's attorneys lose argument

Miller failed to show locally for a deposition and her attorneys tried to convince Circuit Judge Lisa Munyon to force Miller back to Orlando to testify.
However, she ruled that Anthony's attorneys should travel to where he lives in Texas, if they want to speak with him to prepare for the trial.

Miller's attorneys are still waiting on Munyon to rule on their request to depose Casey Anthony who has envoked her Fifth Amendment privileges..........

Anderson Cooper wants to know Dr. Jan Garavaglia’s reaction to Casey Anthony’s behavior in YouTube clips released last week.
“I really was concerned about her behavior those 31 days that that girl was missing, and I really don’t care about her behavior now,” the star of “Dr. G: Medical Examiner” says in an interview Tuesday on “Anderson.”

“Well, I can’t make things up,” Garavaglia says. “We certainly think that the duct tape probably had something to do with her death. You know, she’s in a plastic bag, there’s the question of chloroform, there’s evidence she was in the back of a trunk. So I couldn’t stay for sure that that tape was to shut her up or suffocate her if another means was used.”
Cooper asks: “It’s possible the duct tape was put on even after she died?”
Dr. G replies: “There’d be no reason to do that. We know the duct tape was there before any significant decomposition occurred.”

RadarOnline.com reports: “While the big four networks have refused to pay Anthony for an interview, citing the backlash of groups across the country who are threatening to boycott anyone that gives Casey money for an interview, The Dirty apparently has no qualms about shelling out big bucks for the exclusive get.”

Nik Lamas-Richie, founder of the website The Dirty, made the Anthony offer, RadarOnline.com reported. Lamas recently came in for a drubbing from Anderson Cooper on the CNN newsman’s syndicated daytime talk show, “Anderson.”

“You are looking for garbage,” Cooper told Lamas-Richie. “You’re looking for the lowest common denominator.”

TheDirty.com describes itself as “all about gossip and satire. The content that is published contains rumors, speculation, assumptions, opinions, and factual information. Postings may contain erroneous or inaccurate information.”

Wait, there’s more. Diane Dimond, writing for The Daily Beast, focuses on frictions in the Anthony camp. How are relations among Anthony and her defense attorneys Cheney Mason and Jose Baez? Not good, evidently.

In a juicy post, Dimond writes: “People close to both men report a recent major falling out among all the parties — between Baez and Anthony, between Baez and Mason — sparked by Anthony’s displeasure at Baez’s inability to win her a TV, book, or movie deal. Anthony apparently gave Baez until the end of the year to come up with a deal, and absent that anointed Mason as her official liaison.”

Attorneys: Casey's video diaries prove she isn't hiding anymore

ORLANDO, Fla. -Lawyers representing Zenaida Gonzalez filed a renewed motion on Tuesday that would force Casey Anthony to give another deposition.

"Our focus is not on who released the video. Our focus is on the video has been released and therefore she's waived her Fifth Amendment privilege she's been claiming throughout the process with Zenaida," said Gonzalez’s attorney Matt Morgan.
