Darlie Innocent? Then how do you explain... ?

I'm not trying to argue :innocent:. Okay the broken wine glass. Well according to Darin that was what woke him up that night and then he heard Darlie screaming and came downstairs. I believe she threw the wine glass down because she was using the theory that she chased him/them through the kitchen to the garage. When they checked Darlie's feet at the hospital she did not have cuts on her feet so why are her bloody footprints found beneath the broken glass. The vacumn cleaner was just something she was holding onto. IMO I was confused about that to but after reading everything, I do not believe the vacumn cleaner had anything to do with the murder scene. It was just there.

The sock, I believe she used it the first time to stab her boys not wanting to get fingerprints on the knife. Then after she thought they were dead, I believe she went to the front door and put on shoes and took that sock herself to where it was found. There were only like 2 tiny spots of blood on it. IMO she was trying to show the direction the "killer(s) went.

The black car was pulled over shortly after the police got to the home. They made everyone get out, checked all of them for blood, weapons, check the car FOUND NOTHING but a bunch of teenagers hanging out. Had no connection whatsoever to the crime.

The bloody fingerprint on the table is Darlie's IMO, is a small person's fingerprint. It was like someone grabbed the table to support oneself. Did you know that there is a blood trail (Darlie's) on that couch next to that table? As if she was moving very quickly.. Then her and Damon's blood is found together past this area. This is IMHO when Darlie saw Damon moving and realized he wasn't dead and went after him. The blood trail surely paints a sad picture. It still breaks my heart thinking about.

WhityWendy, I sure do love the way you post. You get the facts across without the self-indulgent/important, deragotory or know-it-all attitude. I will be happy respond to your points either later tonight or tomorrow eve when I have more time to get my own facts and opinions/thoughts straight!! Thanks again for your honesty, beliefs and your humbleness!! Ann :truce::Banane35:

I look forward to your response. And :blushing: thanks for your kind words.

I am :truce: not trying to get into yours and Cami's "debates" but I think maybe you "hear" her as being cocky or whatnot, but truly she is a very kind, smart and caring person. She would never purposely be unkind to you. I like reading you two debating, it is very interesting, but really Ann, Cami doesn't mean anything ugly about it toward you. You know that saying some people come off sounding rougher than they really are. She is def. one of them. :innocent:
From me to Ann and Cami :blowkiss:

Cami, how funny the difference of the way you post on the Darlie Murder for Hire site vs. here. Why the attack method on this site? Do you have a point to prove??? All I ever want to do is debate and weigh the facts against the PRO and CON of Darlie's guilty. I have stated numerous times I am SOOO close but not there and you have to constantly be dominating in your opionions and not ever open to others???? LMAO at certain times... Anyhow, I am trying to stick to the facts as well as you are (just don't try to take it so seriously, you are not the prosecutor are you?) That is why there are juries all over the world, and diverse as they may be, because we all have our own individual opinions and ideologies. AGAIN, just my own humble little opinion that I have to live with every day!!! AND I DO 100% AGREE IF DARLIE EVER WAS TO WALK OUT OF PRISON SHE WOULD BE TRIED AGAIN FOR THE SWEET LITTLE DEVON!!! Duh, anyone know why they only tried her for Damon to begin with!!! God Bless both of their SOULS!!! Sweet Dreams and Take Care!!! Ann :waitasec::angel::dance:

I'm not attacking you dear Annie, I love you. YOu need to get a thicker skin. Here I'll putting "no sarcasm intended" at the end of my posts so you'll know, K?

I'm open to all opinions dear but I just don't want you to get your hopes up that's all. Darlie will never be exonerated.

they tried her for Damon first as he was under 6 and it is an automatic death penalty. And if they lost, then they could try her for Devon's murder.

NO SARCASM INTENDED

Oh Cami, I surely did not mean you were demeaning me, just other posters!! LOL, definitely yourself and I have come along way since that time... :woohoo::woohoo::twocents:

aNNIE I don't demean other posters, that's just your perception. I love everyone here.....

I wouldn't still be allowed to post here if I did so lets' get over this and agree to disagree, K?

Cami, I never said I needed a 100% proof of guilt to try someone, JUST TO PUT THEM TO DEATH!! By far and large, big difference on my side of the fence!! And we don't really want to get into the appeal process because as a whole, almost 99.9% of individuals are denied appeal right of the get go... Takes one trial (be it 2 days, 1 week or 1 year) to put an innocent person behind bars, and takes years and years and years and much more than the reasonable definition to set an innocent person free. Again, just my humble opinion as always!! I love the debate and the awesome insight you all bring, keep it up!! Let's not forget our Opinions are just Opinions and we all own them!! Be Happy and Love Large!!! Ann:twocents::Banane37:

Oops okay sorry made a mistake. I understand you want 100% proof of guilt but you can't hold the prosecution to that in this or any other case. Their burden is BARD.

Actually, if you look at the exonerations by the Innocence Project, many of them are within a few years and some are over 16 years, however, those as I said in another post, were convicted long before the onset of dna, probably by eye-witness testimony which in my mind is the most fallible evidence of all. I could never remember enough to describe someone could you?

Yes, it's awful how long they have to wait for appellate attorneys isn't it?

Wendy, as a matter of a fact, I get a TOTAL kick out of Cami. I think she is quite insightful, knowlegeable and very 100% up to speed on this case. We have had many discussions and I truly hold no ill-will toward her... Cocky I love because that is so what I am and RELENTLESS again is so what I am... I just enjoy your style which is more laid back and the talk style vs. the debate style... I love both styles, just your was a change I liked to see... Anyhow, on to the Darlie case.... AGAIN, I will say over and over and over, I do believe she is 99% guilty, again the DP is in my way... I guess you can call me the SAP of all women because I CANNOT get it out of my head that a woman would purposely kill her own children FOR ANY REASON on this earth!! Maybe that is why I have always held out!! Don't quite know, however, there were at least a few points as to the (OOPS, I am at a loss of words because now I am not sure I have an arguing point anymore)... LOL The Knife Wound on her neck has always been my biggest because such a VAIN ***** would not in any way ruin their looks for life???? Maybe so to get away with Murder, but why not stab yourself or shoot yourself in a place that is less likely to leave a scar and possible death??? Again, JMHO!! Take Care, and by the way HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!! Ann:truce::angel::Banane10::detective:

Ann, I know what you mean! I always wondered if she cut her neck at the spur of the moment after she killed the boys, actually making it worse than she intended, or if someone did it for her as she stood over the kitchen sink. And I haven't seen anything new on the latest DNA testing. Have you?

That's true, Wendy, we've had many discussions in private Annie and I. We are friends, we like to go at it on the forum.

What do posters think about the row that Darlie and Darin had that night and Darlie's asking for a separation? For me, this is pivotal as to what happened in the house that night. I believe whatever happened during this fight is what caused Darlie to snap from stress, fear and most of all anger.

That they hid it for so many years speaks volumes to me.

this is where Annie and I differ about CS contamination. There is absolutely no proof the investigators trampled through the kitchen trampling the glass, etc. As you know Wendy, the first officers on the scene testified they stepped carefully over the glass as they headed to the garage.

The paramedics never went near the kitchen, they were in the family room attending the boys so they didn't go anywhere near the glass or the vacuum cleaner.

The yellow crime scene tape went up right away, officers were posted at the door to control who went in the house and who came out, they logged in the CS responders. Patterson and Cron went through the house single file, etc. etc.

I also believe Darlie went into the utility room to get the vacuum cleaner and that's how her blood got dripped in there dripped on the floor and on the appliances. What for, I don't know, but I don't think it was to clean up anything.

Why lie about a fight between you and your spouse? Why hide this information when speaking to investigators about an "intruder breaking into your house and killing your sons?"

Why hide ANY information during an investigation into who killed your children?

Yeah, this speaks volumes.

I continue to post thanks to you all without posting in this forum. I believe 100% in Darlie's guilt. I had an acquaintance at the time that knew the situation with the transcripts and how they were certified. It is a myth that there were errors that would have changed the information or outcome of the trial.

I don't understand, as she snapped, why Darlie turned on her children. But, then, I didn't understand Susan Smith and others who kill their own.

I believe the myths that continue to be spread about "not seen" photos, graveside videos, and police corruption have been perpetuated by the "fordarlie" group.

I'll go back to just thanking you all now. :)

I've wondered if one of the boys did something after the fight with Darin that sent Darlie over the edge. Devon was killed where he was lying, so perhaps it was some sassy talk or bad behavior from Damon or something that caused Darlie to snap. The focus of attack was definitely on the boys and Darlie was probably still extremely angry after the fight with Darin.

Hey PassTheMotrin (Can I have one of those please?? Ha, Ha, Ha), JK, no I personally have not heard anything regarding the DNA testing, but I am sure Cami has... And yes, why cut her own neck when she is the most VAIN person and cares only about Darlie, Darlie, Darlie??? Sorry, she had some help in that aspect of this crime IMO only!! Anyhow, just me spouting my usual garb!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS ALL!!! Ann:twocents::balloons: (get the balloons? Darlie??) LOL

So true my Darling Cami!! Bring it on any time, how fun it is!! LMAO... Anyhow, So glad all is well with you... Keep yourself warm and safe and Happy Holidays to you and your family!!:waitasec::detective:

Hey Cam, I know I heard/read about the supposed argument/disagreement they had that night and supposedly that is why Darlie slept downstairs, however, we still to this day have NO proof this actually happened other than BS lies and cover ups from both parties which to this very day are not telling the truth about what really happened in the house that night!!! I personally do not trust either Darrin or Darlie.... Both are quite Sleezy in my opinion!! Yuk, YUPPIES who want everything but don't want the responsibility of ownership, payments and to GROW UP!! JMHO of course!! Again, just rambling... Ha, Ha, Ha :waitasec::banghead

Cami, this where you and I do TRULY differ... To me that is "BS", however, I am sure there are many that would like to argue with me... They had no control over that crime scene from minute one, they trampled evidence, tipped over evidence and moved it around and around!!! Sorry, that is so not CSI 101... Bad, Bad, Bad, evidence gathering on the Rowlett PD??? Then again, we have moved much further in CSI techniques over the last 13 years!! Again, JMO!! Smile and laugh always... Also remember "What is done, cannot be undone"... Ann

I think Ms. Darlie was under the impression that she could get plastic surgery after her hubby's business picked back up. They would of been able to afford it because by then they only had one child left. There her "beauty" comes back...in her mind MOO

I go back and forth in regards to WHY she cut her neck. Was she going to kill herself? Was she just setting the scene?

IMHO - the fight was what made Darlie SNAP. They were out of money, Darlie had 3 boys to take care, summer just started and Darin took WAY TOO LONG to return from dropping off Darlie's sister. I think they had an UGLY fight and she supposely asked for a seperation. I think Darin told her she could leave but she couldn't take the boys. She had no job, no income and he probably had some inside "info" on her state of mind that he threw out there during this fight that made her think..............:furious:
