$233,116 went to Kurtz, who was paid for 2,429 hours billed.
OMG, that SOB billed us taxpayers for 15 full months of work!!!!
Are you kidding me?
Colin Willoughby made $190,000 for the same 15 months, overseeing 1000's of cases.

What's wrong w/ this picture?

And then Kurtz complained during the trial that the defense funds were cut short. Geez
 
Yeah, just wanting to point out (I've moved on to JY and RA in my head) that the true "costs" of this trial, even from a financial perspective are not described here.

Someone through out a number for CW, but neglected to include FBI-time, SBI-time, etc. etc. as part of the prosecution side.

Kurtz was trying to keep pace with them (and poorly so) to have a test for the defendant match the testing for the prosecution.

I think this trial will play a big role in future budget cuts for the Courts and the PD's office.
