Well GSB (grocery store bro) who drove
DB past the BP went with LE while JT was hiring another ATTN while BS was getting :waitasec: Meanwhile, MW has possibly been interviewed now 7 times and SW is still mum. CS has been somewhat quiet today and CP(Coldpizza) is wondering WHAT NEXT?

Scrabble anyone? It would be funny except where is Pumpkin Pie?

Now my head is spinning!! Who is SW who is still mum?

HE didn't specifically ask for a break after 11 hours. The parents said they needed a break as the excuse for no longer talking to LE......

'We don't know:' Parents appeared on morning shows Friday to fight claims that they have stopped cooperating with police
But Irwin and Bradley said they only needed a break from incessant police questioning.

Kansas City Police Department Captain Steve Young told ABC News: 'They're talking with us and that is absolutely the best thing.'

JI: I said "Guys I can't do this any more today, I need a break".

We don't pass the BP getting to Festival from here.

Really I was just going crazy with all the initials. It was a play on initials if you will. Didn't mean to cause harm here and it wasn't a serious post. Sorry if I mislead.

O/T I watched a video on another thread of a vigil for Lisa. Mom breaks down and is crying. JI never comforts her. They are holding hands, but IMO, something is wrong with the relationship and it happened in a picture I saw at the beginning of this case.

An uncle of missing Kansas City baby Lisa Irwin voluntarily met with police for about two hours today. He's the brother of the baby's mother, Debbie Bradley.

He was with Bradley October third, the night her baby disappeared and said the mom had drank enough that night to pass out drunk, as she maintains.

My question is, how does he know? I thought he wasn't there, so how come he's so informed how much mom was drinking and whether or not she was passed out?

ETA: never mind, I see there is a thread about it.

If he actually did tell LE that DB consumed enough wine to be drunk, that implies he was there as well. Otherwise how would he know?

..according to this article ( there's a thread on it ) --he slept over.

this is developing news... please post responsibly and do not bring over rumors from other sites... thanks

From the above link

Police say they still want to re-interview Irwin and Bradley. Police last interviewed them on Oct. 8 and restrictions have been placed on all interviews since Oct. 5, authorities told KCTV5.

I knew that LE has said their last interview with the family was on Oct. 8. But I didn't know that restrictions had been placed on all interviews since Oct. 5. That was the day after Lisa was reported missing! So the day after she goes missing, the parents were already starting to limit what they would talk about? No wonder LE is saying the parents weren't cooperating!

I'll supply the link for you.

Note that what CS allegedly said is not in quotes, so cannot be confirmed/verified as coming out of her mouth.

What is in quotes from CS in that article:

The rest, again is not in quotes...

I'm not claiming that she didn't say it, but we need to be mindful of how media can twist things, or how things may get distorted by paraphrasing a person.

If there is a different link where it's in quotes, or there's a video where she say's those words herself please post it.

Even if it's in quotes ,it doesn't mean she said it.
I've been interviewed many times over the years for things relating to foster care, adoption and a program for medically fragile children. Every article had quotes attributed to me that I not only didn't say,but were wrong. I've quit doing them.
It's a very frustrating experience .An interview can go on for more than an hour ,while the journalist takes notes. From those notes they write a story and include "quotes" .
It's not like they have a transcript ,just shorthand notes. That hour conversation becomes a few paragraphs with a couple of "quotes" thrown in to emphasize what the writer wants, factual or not.

Thanks for your personal insight MissJames. I have my own doubts to the accuracy of media reports in the case of baby Lisa.

So... DB's brother was at the house that night Lisa went missing... :fence:

So if DB brother there - why didn't JI or DB mention asking the brother if he knew where Baby Lisa was? Why didn't they use his cell phone to call police when they realized their cell phones were stolen and they panicked? He was never mentioned in the discussion of what happened after JI arrived home. Thus, he was not there at 0330.

"Police have been able to verify that Irwin was at the Starbucks until 3:45 a.m. and nothing unusual occurred.

Irwin returned to his home about 3:45 a.m"

This makes no sense. Do reporters even think about what they write?

Yes, they do. Quite a bit actually when it comes to this case. But you are right. Story has been updated.

http://www.kctv5.com/story/15940122/baby-lisas-parents-say-5-12-hour-window-for-abduction

Brando says she stayed outside talking to another neighbor until 11:30 p.m. and noticed nothing amiss so that the abductor could not have taken baby Lisa before then. Brando told police that the lights were out in baby Lisa's house when she went inside and to bed around 11:30 p.m.

Apparently after DB went to bed at 1030, SB and another neighbor stayed on the front steps, talking. I wonder where SB's daughter was? If she fell asleep inside, then SB would have had to go inside to get her at 1130.
