No it isnt. It was Sunday that Hailey was supposedly on the X box and Monday she got the money out of the ATM for the drugs.

Okay, So Sunday Hailey's brother spends the night with his friend,, Monday supposedly Hailey spent the night with MB,, and Tuesday is when billie reported her missing.

No, the atm/drug events occurred on the Monday night when Billie and Shawn "thought" Hailey was at MB's house. The xbox night was the Sunday and the brother left the house about 9pm to stay elsewhere.

I always wondered why Shawn drove her on Tuesday and this didn't require an explanation since according to Billie she didn't know at this stage he had quit.

As lackadaisical as BD was at being a parent, I don't think Hailey would have had to "sneak" out of the house at all, if she had wanted to go to a party. BD would have probably wanted to go with her.

There have not been any witness, friend, neighbor or teacher to come forward and state that Hailey was the type of young girl to go sneaking around at night,, going to parties 30 miles from home.

I find it incredible that some folks are so quick to disparage a 13 year old's good reputation and give a pass to BD and SA both of whom have an amoral type of lifestyle, a history of drug use, arrest records, lying to LE, peculiar fetishes and failed polygraphs.

Its not that likely Hailey went to a party that night. The thing is if she had it would have been far simpler to admit to that than go through what she currently is going through. Billie said to the media there was a fight between her and Hailey Sunday night. That was probably the only thing that Billie never lied about in my opinion.

One small detail, correct me if I'm wrong. Billie tried to get Clint to go down and report Hailey missing. Can't remember why he didn't, but I always thought that was hokey.

I also remember she never wanted to search for Hailey, her butt was glued to that couch.

Hailey never spent the night with MB and according to MB she was never meant to have. To this day Billie hasnt spoken to MB or her mom and asked them about that day. Why? because In my opinion she knows it was all a lie.

That is correct yes.

So was DD's according to Clint playing his games systems.

Billie wont listen to anyone its the way that she is. At times its like banging your head against a brick wall.

I would not be lucky enough to be on the jury if the trial is in Scurry County,,if the body is found in Scurry County, wouldn't that be where the trial is?

Good question. I'm guessing it depends on where they think the crime was committed - which is probably at the house in CC.

By the way, how many of you actually think this will change things - as in, bring charges? I'm not so sure. There have been trials/arrests without bodies before which makes me think if they had enough to proceed, then they would have done so already. I have a feeling things won't really change, even if this is Hailey. :(

They have said in the past once they get a body they would go ahead so I am really hoping IF that is Hailey that they will be arrested quickly.

I think it depends on a few things. Clothing- was it what she was last described as wearing. COD- if it can be determined. Other forensic evidence-hopefully there will be some trace evidence.
