Dirty Old Man Ryan O'Neal

SCM, I had wondered the same thing when I heard she had anal cancer. I was just afraid to say it. Seems Ryan Oneal destroys everything he comes in contact with. I only hope Remond, for his and his mother's sake, will stay far away from him when he's released. It's doubtful though.

Thankfully, Ryan is so ignorant that he thinks he is funny and we can see him for what he really is, which I won't say else I get a time out!

She left everything to Redmond? I would hope so, but who's going to control the money? I hope she appointed a trustee. I'm sure Ryan will try to find some way to freeload off Redmond.

I really think he was probably drunk at the funeral.

It also bothers me that Alana is publishing a "book" based on Farrah's diary so that SHE, HERSELF can get money off Farrah's death. Vultures, all of them.

Farrah evidently trusted people and many took advantage of her. IMO

I just thought about Farrah's father. Having to hear all this garbage spewing from RO's mouth. That poor, dear man.

Tatum has been alluding to what a pig her father is for years. This is nothing new under the sun...

My point is the information he is revealing about Farrah is new, and should be kept underwraps if he respected her at all.

(like her menopause and her personality traits). He's an abuser, both physically and verbally IMO. He abuses his own family in public.

O'Neal wanted a death-bed wedding so he would inherit FF's money. He is a disgusting, self-centered, addict who worked hard to destroy his children and FF. The only reason FF continued to be kind to him is because of her faith, which is based on forgiveness.

Good Heavens, it's no wonder that entire family has massive issues, addiction and all. What a dirty old freak. Picking up ANY woman at his life partners funeral but not knowing it was his own kid? Sounds like he was high too. OMG

Ryan O'Neil = a study in narcissism. :puke:

I'll never forget Tatum on Oprah telling about the time that Ryan punched her brother in the mouth knocking out teeth. Then wouldn't pay to get them fixed. Her brother was about 12 I think and he walked around for years with a bunch of teeth missing. How many adults saw this carp going down and RO was never arrested for child abuse?

I remember that too SuziQ. Every time I saw Griffin I felt so sorry for him. Even though he's had his own share of troubles and run ins with the law, it was obvious that he was a product of two dysfunctional parents. Although, neither Tatum or Griffin, really says anything bad about their mother, I did read in that Tatum said her mother was an alcoholic and drug addict. She was molested many times by men that her mother left her with while she was incapacitated. I hope Griffin is able to live a good life now with his children and wife, putting the past behind him. I wish the same for Tatum.

How weird that Ryan automatically thought that a woman hugging him at the funeral was coming on to him. Maybe he thinks he's still such a big star that he's irresistable and only thinks about drinking and self medicating. I can see (since he's elderly and probably losing it) why he might not realize right away that it was his daughter if he hadn't seen her in years, but the knocking out of a child's teeth and leaving daughters to be sexually abused due to the actions of an unfit mother is a totally different issue. Horrible.

I'm not sure but I think that Farrah wanted Alana to make the video of her journey and then write a book about it. I could be wrong though. :) I was surprised at how loyal Alana was to Farrah, I mean hands on cleaning up messes stuff that many friends just couldn't do.

Ryan is a card carrying creep isn't he. All of his children have had drug/alcohol or mental health issues. Makes me wonder.

One more comment, I find it so sad that Farrah's dad has lost both of his daughters to cancer. I think he is 91 and he has outlived them both.

I think about her father too. He lost his wife and his daughters. Redmond could be such a comfort to him if he would only get straight.

I'm wondering since Tatum and Griffin come from two alchoholic/drug abusing parents if there isn't some genetic mental issue. Depression or something. I hope Griffin (and eventually Tatum) are the beginning of that family learning how to cope without self-medicating.

I notice that on the cover of People today, Farah is pictured and Alana is telling:

THE FARRAH THAT NOBODY KNEW

{sigh}}

How much did you get paid, Alana?
