My opinion is the same- CA is not going to do anything she can't control...unless ordered by a judge.....

I agree. Cindy isn't mysterious, she's just a bully. She will push it as far as she possibly can and may then try to push a little further. But she knows when she reaches a limit. To my knowledge, no one in this entire mess has said NO to Cindy and meant it.

She didn't become an RN and manage to keep a good job for many years without being able to gauge exactly how far she can go in most every situation. Watch Cindy if LE pushes back hard enough, she'll comply.

What happens if she refuses to comply? Fines? Extensions? Jail? Anyone know?

I agree with Shaymus. I don't think CA "won't comply", I think she'll resort to being a flip and/or hostile-type witness throughout the deposition. I think on advice she'll try to initially provide only simple "yes/no/I don't remember" answers, but by the middle of the depo her true controlling nature will take over and she won't be able to keep from setting JM "straight" on the "facts" as she "knows" them.

JM just needs to keep asking her questions then accepting her yes/no answers with feedback that will eventually drive her crazy to hear him tell it.
