State Police have taken DP into custody just a bit ago, this is related to Kathleen's death. Just breaking now. Police are at his home searching. News crews on scene. More info to come. From live report on Fox News.

Thank you. I agree that we can and should discuss this development with maturity and also with respect for those children.

No matter what is happening, they still love their father and their world has been turned upside down again.

I really worry about them.
 
Who has the children? They are my concern at the moment.
Hopefully NOT with HIS family!
Praying they get counseling for all this man has done.
NOW make that BAIL SO HIGH...........or NO BAIL!!!
DP has $$$ stashed away for this day.
 
Its breaking news on the news here right now and they just cut out to the helicopter over his house and the police were escorting one of this sons out of the house into an SUV....I could cry for those poor kids. The newscasters asked the family spokesperson Pam about the kids and she said its in DCFS' hands
 
He was arrested down the street from his house. They were waiting around the block for him to leave his house.

I was just wondering about the bail thing, too...Not familiar with Illinois laws, but sure hope that he is denied bail. I don't know what he might do if he is released.

I can't help worrying about the children, too.
 
I'm watching Fox News and officers are bringing out 'loads of evidence' according to Shep. They were carrying out a large blue tarp with who knows what in it.
 
Shep reporting that the girlfriend is being taken out of the home also. The children (DP's) were removed under cover to protect their ID was mentioned earlier.
 
They wanted to get him before he went off to the bunny ranch. This is the best news! I hope he is denied bail also.
