And I'm thinking Schori is smart enough (whether he had permission to or not) to not run to DP and say "Stacy told me x-y-z....." because, like I posted, Stacy would've just disappeared sooner than she did.

So they think the jury is going to believe that DP is this sympathetic loving man who ended up with two selfish wives?

This defense team has a really shallow idea of what these jurors think of women!!!

I agree. But when you look at what he threw out and what he allowed in, we are still going to be okay.

So he cannot say anything about him saying it was ' a perfect crime.'

But he can say that Stacy was told by DP to lie for him and that she did lie for him. That is all we need, imo.

I think this testimony makes that leap from much-doubt to no-doubt or very-little-doubt .....maybe it will cause the fence-sitting or he-didn't-do-it jurors to think again about this man.... hope so.

Brodsky is making excuses. He says the show isn't over yet and that there will be things in the next few days that will undermine what Schori said. IOW, he is sounding desperate.

IMO the whole trial depends on the Pastor's testimony .

If they can cast ANY doubt on ANYTHING the pastor says it will really hurt the case.
