I concur with both statements.....

I lived in Philly at the AC murders happened.
Reason don't think it was RH is that it was stated the that killer appeared to have a foot fetish.

I agree that I don't think Shannon is a victim of RH.
In one part of one of the phone calls A man is speaking to someone else saying get her in the car. Shannon screams.
I'm guessing she was having a bipolar episode. I think she ran the wrong way and suffering from the cold removed her pants. Freezing peoplè sometimes do.
I used to vacation with family in the Oak Beach association. It's Isolated and most people know of or each other. Hackett and Brenner do know each other and socialize.
I am curious what Hackett erased from the survalence cameras though.
