MV should say "and my client is sorry, your honor, for calling you stupid in that long letter"....

Maybe EJ should have thought twice about sending that nasty letter to the judge after TPS' sentencing! lol

I am curious to know who would write character references for EJ.

Well, family members come to mind. Her twin- and according to EJ, his gf who is going to be EJ's PR person. I think there was an old lady acting as a religious counselor for EJ in jail who thought she was kind to everyone. Maybe Sorin S or his sister would like to chime in- oh wait- someone might ask a few questions :floorlaugh: The pathetic men who write her? Then there's the old myspace friends which includes folks from both AZ and MA- as in I knew her when I was young and clueless- and finally, the trolls who have projected their own shabby past experiences with men onto this case. How's that for a start?

:great: :yesss: I think she needs to stay in jail until Gabriel is returned to Logan!

Just clicking the thanks button wasn't enough. I agree whole heartly. Thank you.

Let me be the first to second that. Essentially EJ is STILL keeping Gabriel from Logan. She should stay in jail until she tells the court where Gabriel is. If he is deceased it's a "catch-22" for her. In the same respect, if she does not tell Logan what happened she is continuing keeping the baby from his father. jmo

Good news, she's not going anywhere except back to jail!! Also saw this in the article so it looks like she most likely will be doing some prison time. not enough, but at least something. "The judge who denied Johnson's release request said he thinks she will probably face a prison term on top of the nearly three years she has spent in jail. She now faces two to nine years in prison".

My hope is that Texas keeps working this case and gets enough evidence together to try her and keep her in prison forever!!

Elizabeth's sentencing is scheduled for December 7th. If I remember correctly, that is the same date Tammi is due back in front of the Judge for evaluation of her sentence. That may become an interesting day in the courtroom!!

Oh to be a fly on the wall in EJ's cell after they escorted her back to it. :giggle:
You just know she was beyond pizzed! :floorlaugh:

It's sad to see that her grandfather refuses to acknowledge the obvious, do anything to find out where his great-grandson is, and that he's willing to help her out when she is released. No mention of getting her any type of pyschiatric help...which she badly needs.

My guess is that she'll stay with him until arrangements can be made for her to fly to Ft Lauderdale to live with her grandmother, which is what she intended to do in the first place no doubt. I hope the Broward County LE are given a heads up. Unfortunatly the unsuspecting men of the area will be left to fend for themselves.

MOO

Elizabeth Johnson loses jail-release bid

...The judge who denied Elizabeth Johnson's release request also said the 26-year-old will probably face a prison term on top of the nearly three years she has already spent in jail...

...Marc Victor, one of Johnson's attorneys, said he will seek probation and believes the judge won't try to make an example of his client...

...Victor, who expects Johnson to either submit a written statement or read one in court during her sentencing, said his client is aware of the horrible mistakes that she has made and regretted the grief she caused the boy's father...

bbm

Let's see here. Elizabeth is so sorry about the grief she has caused Logan that she has decided not to reveal what she did with Gabriel so that she can extend that grief for the rest of Logan's life. So sorry. So sorry.
