Her attorneys can say mass, I bet you she will do something stupid. She can't help herself.

As for supporting EJ, I doubt anyone will show up. In a way I feel ****** for her. NO, I am not an EJ supporter and I think she should tell us all where Gabe is; but can't help but feel sad for someone so young and so angry at the world.

TS did her interview - as I'd expected - but I think she has been laying low otherwise. I don't know if any of the posters here have been keeping track of her...is her website for Stones of Grace still up? As for writing a book, wasn't there discussion about any proceeds from that going to Logan?

I agree with you about EJ. I keep reminding myself she is so young and didn't have any upbringing so to speak. I am not trying to make excuses for her. I do, however, think she has some kind of mental illness that is legitimate. I suspect defense will put on a lot of doctors to verify that. And since there is no proof Gabriel is dead, I'm with "AZ" who said she might just get nailed on the custodial interference.

Another poster wrote (or I read somewhere) that at her last court appearance, when Gabriel's name was mentioned, a tear came out of her eyes....

SHELBY1, I think they were supposed to start the trial today, but it got pushed back to the 9th. (I am probably wrong, but I had an alert set up for today too, and that is the only thing I can think of).

just watched this live a few mintues ago. a reporter was outside of the courtroom and said there is a hearing today conceringing EJ and then the jury selections will begin. that is what the reporter reported.

There is a hearing scheduled at l:30 AZ time. I think it involves a defense attempt to exclude certain statements Elizabeth made. Nobody has reported on which statements are at issue- hopefully the media will be there- and of course twitter on courtpio.
