but I have seen that Casey couldn't have conceived Caylee with JP before 2007 b/c that's when she met Ricardo and Amy. Casey and Ricardo went to High School together, I think they likely knew each other before then. Sorry this is so long, this is driving me nuts!

There is a collage posted on someones photobucket account of the Erik I am speaking of and Caylee....the latest rumor is that collage was made by KC, which I wouldn't believe that rumor at all. I think someone following the case made the collage, I would post link but I hate to involve more innocent people......

This Erik does not have the last name of Baker though....He is not listed on the Colonial High school Alumni, that I have seen anyways. Even though he has it on his myspace as graduating 2002 from Colonial. He does look a ton like her though.

I have seen the collage you are speaking of. I was on a website today and a poster had that collage in their post.
Also posted on this other site is Eric's last name and that they found it in the Colonial High Alumni along with posts about other Eric/Erik's
Unsure if I should named the website so you can verify, and I will keep the last name off this site.

If I were to guess, I would say LE would have asked his family for a DNA sample early on to check this out...if they didn't, it was because they didn't think he was any more the father than zani was the nanny. If he was the father, I would think that his parents would be involved in the funeral arrangements etc by now.

I agree about the DNA sample to check against Caylee. But, what gets me is that this persons death certificate is in a document drop in a murder case in Florida....father of Caylee or not. As for HIS parents and funeral arrangements.....MAYBE he was estranged from his parents, and/or since they didn't learn of his being the father until recently and they never knew Caylee, they chose not to join this 3 ring circus?? Just a thought....

I saw the pictures of this guy Eric and not sure what the possibility of him being the father is. I think it is weird that LE had this included with their documents, so maybe he is the father.
I just also wanted to say, I am Irish and my husband is hispanic. All 3 of our children came out white as can be. My daughter and my son have the whitest skin, blonde hair, and big blue eyes. My youngest son, has blonde hair and hazel eyes. They look like their Dad, they just didn't come out with his traits. I am expecting with #4 in March, so lets see how she comes out, LOL...

What I am trying to say is that we shouldn't right away say this guy is not the father because of his ethnic backround. There can be a possibility.

I found at the following site the name of E. F. B. and it states in Item #7 that he is Caylee's father and that he died in an auto accident on 5-4-07

I don't think so either. I just looked at the cert. of death for him and seems he was a bi-racial child. Father white, mother black as his race is listed as Black/White. Seems it would have been easily ruled out as to whether or not he was the father. I have a feeling the LE knows who was Caylee's father but it's just a guess.

In reviewing this Eric's death certificate, looks like his injury was in May - 2007. Now, isn't Caylee's birthday in August? How could he have been on his way to Caylee's birthday party (per one of KC's stories) if the accident was in May? The drive to Orlando from Kentucky doesn't take that long. imo .... Mercy me!!

Sounds like KC did a random search of obits or fatal accidents, came up with this and ran with it. Maybe she doesn't know who the father is and is just doing what KC does and drag some poor soul into her web of lies.
