Evidence Removed from Anthony Home-Official Crime Scene

I tend to think the duct tape was originally on the bag or binding something wrapped around the body and it just ended up over the mouth of the skull.

Not sure after reading this:

Duct tape found around skull 10 a.m.: Detectives have resumed their investigation this morning at the site where the remains of a small child were located in east Orange County near the home of missing toddler Caylee Marie Anthony.

The skull found inside the bag of remains was wrapped in duct tape, a source told the Orlando Sentinel. Investigators also found other items inside the bag

My apologies if a repeat. I am just reading the beginning of the thread.

I just saw Sheriff Beary on the news again, doing the interview about the clues found at the scene and the connections to the Anthony house.

I am hard pressed to believe that his answer wasn't anything but a kick in the behind to Casey and her backers when he gave his one word response.

Paraphrased question---reporter asking him if items found at the scene connect them to the Anthony house.

Shriff Beary one word response: "ABSOLUTELY."

Have to love that man.

I think they were not allowed in the house, which is very wise , I'd really like to see some charges brought downfor tampering, I think that maybe LE will feel sorry for the A's and not do that tho.

From this report, it looks as if we now have to guess what evidence was found that "links" back to the home. Whatever it is, it certainly sounds the alarm for Casey.
Who knows, it may be Casey used a towel from the home with her initials on it. Whatever it is, it must be something readily identified considering the cops flocked back to the home immediately.
Or could it be a gold cross necklace?
My guess right now is as good as yours.

My apologies if this has already been said.

Maybe the remains they found yesterday had long hair (because hair would not decompose as fast - right ?) and maybe that's why there was specualtion at first that the remains are female.
Also - maybe that hair had a bow or tie in it and maybe part of the search warrant was to find matching hair bows in the house ?

Surely her hair would still be there.I also think that's why the duct tape stayed around her head.Maybe there is still tissue on the duct tape.
It's hard to wrap my mind around that.The precious child we see singing You Are My Sunshine was killed so brutally.

It could be the chloroform rag. Maybe a specific pattern or color of towel that belonged to a set, found matching pieces at the Anthony home? Or maybe an article of clothing, or a sheet. Or jewelry as you mentioned.

I have been wondering what this item(s) could possibly be. It could be just about anything or several things, but the first thing that popped in my mind were the pavers in the A's back yard. LE was seen taking photos back there last night and if she was under water for awhile then she was probably weighted down with something. Just a thought

I'm guessing the duct tape too if there are fingerprints on the roll and the tape on Caylee's mouth. WTH??? I so want to kick that bi!ches azz myself. Despite the spin from GA and CA I feel so bad for them right now. How horrible to imagine what happened to little Caylee. Whatever it was to be put in a garbage bag naked with tape across the mouth... there can be no explanation. The only thing I could come up with is that Casey sold her to a pedophile. Sickening!!

I can't put my finger on the mallory/A house deal. She was taking care of the pets. She alledgedly screamed into the garage in her car minutes prior to the LE showing up....and took a "while" to come to the door as they banged on it.

At this point I can't put stock into it. I can't see her tampering with evidence. Anything the LE needed couldnt be flushed or destroyed prior to them arriving. I cannot see how she would have advance notice of the body being found UNLESS she just by sheer luck saw it. The LE escorted her out..she couldn't have smuggled anything with her. I'm not aware of them searching her...but of all the "A" team players, she seems wise beyond her years and wouldn't risk being charged with doing something stupid as she is pregnant. LE tightened that place down real fast.

So what is up with that whole thing???

I'm sure everyone remembers.......Lee and Mallory live in a house on the OTHER side of Suburban Dr. A stone's throw from where Caylee's remains were found. I'm sure the cars screaming toward the dump site were using sirens. I sure would notice.
