Okay - never mind - my bad. It was the firearms possession charge that got consolidated with the murder. NOT the crowbar assault case. That so far as I can tell is separate "still".
Murder/Firearms - Arraignment 8/26/20
Crowbar assault - Pretrial hearing on 9/17/20

At least that's what I have now! :)

Yup. TJ double did himself here.

First, he's a felon that was out on bail for the crowbar assault. As both a felon and his bond release requirement, he's not allowed to possess a weapon.

Second, he not only has a weapon, but MW buys a ***load of ammo for him that he proceeded to use to kill the Frostproof friends.

TJ is a bad man.

question to people who know these things: I have a lot of antipathy for MW.
She bought the "***load" of ammo.
Who buys a "***load" of ammo thinking only nice thoughts?
I hope she goes down --- bigtime. Life in prison would be ok with me.
But, she didn't do the murdering, perhaps didn't even know TJ was going to shoot 'em up, at the down-home sheriff likes to say.
Perhaps she would never ever murder anyone.
But, it is reasonable from a justice perspective that she receive life?
Could it be she ends up with 5 years, or something candy-*advertiser censored* like that?

I think she will think of herself and try for a bargain. Think about how she can play the victim card to TJ, and everybody knows his reputation. While we may think she deserves more, my guess is she gets less.

The girl ain't right. Nothing will surprise me. She gave up her kids to be with a man that was short for freedom and when she had a chance to warn the others TJ was loaded for bear, she too sat in the truck.

She bought the killer those lethal bullets that cause grievous wounds

Exactly.

She sure knew he wasnt going game hunting with the ammo she bought him. She already knew he was a very violent bad man always up to no good. We may never know, but she could have been fully aware beforehand he had planned the killing.

But of course she will throw anyone under the bus to save herself like often happens.

I detest it when these girlfriends use the excuse they were fearful of the suspect, but yet knew even before dating them what lowlife violent scum they already were.

Its sickens me, but like most cases involving female offenders, I imagine she will be given a sweetheart deal in exchange for testifying against him.

Heck we've seen females who fully participated in horrific murders, and coverups get off with very little time served who were equally guilty, and have even been the masterminds.

It sickens me every time it happens. It's so unfair to the victims, and families.

Is the father Tony that perennially jailed guy with the crooked jaw that looks about 10 years older than he is?
If so, how can that be? Isn't he in jail? Doesn't somebody have to bond him out?

Are the bond documents also on the Polk County website?

This is what I see when I look at the tab for bond:

There is currently no bond information for viewing.

ETA: Ok, I found it.
You click on the green dot to the right and it opens the PDF in a new window.

Didn't the entire lot have to leave their last property for environmental and human hazard reasons? I'm surprised the resources are available for jail bonds. Actually, it's concerning. MOO
Let it be known by all men that Sr personally owns or beneficiary to an Installment Agreement/Promissory Note ("IA/PN") Mortgage Agreement of significant value for collateral to secure a surety bond for Robert. And it's still concerning to me.

ETA: FYI, the dad, Tony Sr., also provided the bond (and IA/PN collateral) for TJ's bail last March after he was jailed for assault with a crowbar.

Since TJ violated the terms of his bond release (i.e., possessed weapon/ammo + allegedly murdered 4 individuals while under bond release), Tony Sr should have lost his collateral to the bonding agent and/or Insurance Company writing all these Surety Bonds for the Wiggins family.

I get a real ugly picture in my head when I think of what kind of favors must be owed to Sr to have such a close relationship with a bail bond agency.

How does one man with a criminal history who is out on bond for a pending violent crime receive additional bond following additional charges of murdering three individuals? Despite COVID this doesn’t make any sense.
This criminal lives within an area where there is no electricity and no running water or sewage and they have been cited for living in unsanitary conditions. They can afford generators, firearms and ammunition but no first world privileges? I personally would rather live in jail than these circumstances.
Generators cost money as do firearms and bullets. Wth are these people getting their money from and why are they allowed to be released from jail? What’s next on their agenda? More vengeance or worse? Time will tell but I’m glad I don’t live in their area or their mindset. This is totally ridiculous.
How much was his bond and what percentage was paid? Outrageous regardless IMO
