I'm ok with SG and KM having sentences of years not decades if they can unlock the top of the conspiracy
But----I don't see what SG can get for cooperating because I dont think the jury will give him death anyway. Not when LR got 7 years.

SG -Convicted of first degree murder? He's the one who shot a guy he did not know in the face twice for a crap Monte Carlo and motorcycle ? .... Is there a hope if he cooperates he gets less than a life sentence?

Also what does SG even know of the As involvement first hand? I always thought KM was the one who the state needs. Not SG. And I don't see him giving evidence against KM. He loves her, yadda yadda

Yes, Gypsy, I understand your friend, I have some, as well. Surprised the defense didn’t sniff this one out during voir dire. Also there are folks out there who, when presented with cold, hard, facts, refuse to believe them.

I'm thinking now that her reason for not flipping was to protect Garcia--not Charlie (although she's likely expecting compensation from Charlie, also). There was simply no way to throw Charlie under the bus without burning Garcia, also. So now that Garcia is cooked, that motivation is out the window. And the fact that she now knows she's less than a year away from suffering the same fate, she should strongly reconsider turning on Charlie Adelson. But there's no way she's getting immunity now with 11-1 looming in the background and a Garcia conviction completed. Plead to accessory and get 15 years with credit for time served.

I was curious that they seemed to come back relatively soon after given the Allen instructions. I was thinking when I was watching and they came in to read the verdict for one before the other that it would not be good for the prosecution to have the jury watch her cry at his verdict. My guess if there was any wiggle room with that juror at all that their opinion was cemented watching her cry.

My understanding is that Courttv only has highlight clips posted at the end of the day. No archive of all live coverage as far as I know.

Yeah, I'm really not sure what he can give up except "I love you Katie." He doesn't know Charlie Adelson. He only knows the conduit. Will he give her up? Would it be enough?

SG gets a certain life sentence -- assured of no death. SG can testify to what KM told him about who hired him. Her statements to him will be admissible because KM is an alleged conspirator. JMO.

Attempted murder. And I can honestly say to this day I have no clue what this woman’s position was. Because she had none. She ‘what if’’d us to death! She berated another juror right off the bat about something minor. It was embarrassing. We all hated her by the end. Others were much more patient with her than I was. I was just OVER IT! I let others cajole her and she finally caved! Which tells you she had no real conviction. We all predicted she wanted the control! That’s really what it seemed like. Another personality disordered woman!

This 11-1 polling makes the Adelson's lawyers statements even more despicable and absurd. I hope the Adelson's, their peers and the public are aware that a conviction was just one vote short. I hope this is mentioned on 20/20 tonight. I also don't want KM to get ANY DEAL. Retry her then go after the rest.

Interesting. I've never been on a jury. I'm so very curious what this person's co-jurors will say about her next week.

I grew up with white privilege. I've never suffered poverty or what minorities face every day. That said, it would bother me SO MUCH MORE to see all Adelsons go free while LR, SG, and KM pay the ultimate price. I'm just fine with any deal they make as long as it includes some time.
