What is writ of certiorari simple definition?
A type of writ, meant for rare use, by which an appellate court decides to review a case at its discretion. The word certiorari comes from Law Latin and means "to be more fully informed." I know, I wish there was a written opinion from the Supreme Court on this. And as for MSM I don’t think they even follow what happening with him anymore. No news on him since early 2020.
