I can't even read comments on social media anymore because it makes me scared to realize all the people that walk.next to me in the world. I lose faith in humans, when I read comments. I didn't know there were so many hateful people in the world.

The documents detail an interview between Lee County Sheriff’s detectives and Juan Laverde, an inmate who spent time in jail with Jorge Guerrero, the only suspect in the May 29, 2016 disappearance of San Carlos Park girl Diana Alvarez.
Laverde told the detectives Guerrero said, “They’ll never find her on their own,” and, “She is gone,” and asked, “How much prison time he would get for the murder charge.”

If this is true, then he either got rid of her in that area or he had to have had help.

Thanks for that! So do you think the area where LE first searched near YHJ is where he crashed his car, or he crashed his car at YHJ?

I'm thinking the former, and have added that to the Case Map

This kind of stuff hurts me to the core I have a daughter adopted as a baby from a country that makes her looks appear to be from Mexico. I've worried about her and her future for 17 years , even tho we most likely have gone through more than any person born here for her to be an American citizen, yet she gets treated as some kind of illegal alien from some other planet Some people are just downright self righteous. I have made a promise that no matter what it takes I will protect her till my last breath. She's even been taken advantage of in public school in awful ways because of her skin color. NO ONE & I mean NO ONE should have such hate in their heart, especially for a missing child or person, some people are just evil and it's pretty scary to live in this kind of society day after day, especially for your own child

According to Lee County court records, Rita and Uribe are being deposed on 1/9/2018 @ 10 & 11am respectively.

The inmate, Juan Valdeverde, mentioned in a prior post is also listed as a witness for the State.

JG`s next case management hearing is still scheduled for 2/21/2018 @ 9am.

I don`t think Lee County SO will make a deal with the devil however, Rita needs closure and time to grieve. Only time will tell. JMO

My thoughts always go to Diana first whenever remains are found in South Central Florida. Some new remains were just found in Pasco County, which is one of the counties LE searched (it was discussed in Thread #3). I pray Diana will soon be found. I think it would be a miracle if she is alive and has been kept hidden all this time

I have since found that there are several others missing much nearer to the UID, so it is likely not Diana. She is just one of the first ones I thought of.

Iirc they said Diana's mother picked lettuce with JG that's how they met. I think they should search fields he worked before and the off roads they have to get in and out of the area... Or areas workers like to hang out but a little off the path. I don't think he's too smart and hed go somewhere familiar.
