Airports! MO to CT app 4 hrs, CT to FL app6-8 hrs

A flies from MO to CT. B flies from CT to FL. A flies back to MO. B flies back to CT. MS never left CT..?

This was my theory from the very beginning I discussed with few. However, I did not have A. With A, it is much easier.

It is all about connect(ion flights)icut.

In that scenario, why involve JR?

mjhinfla.... As you know, E Terry St brings you onto the North end of Jarvis. There are 2 ways to enter Jarvis from the South if one wanted to do that. From Bonita Beach Rd SW turn Right onto Imperial Pkwy & travel North, turn left onto Longfellow Lane then Right onto Jarvis just past Allan St. OR go past Jarvis, while traveling West on E Terry, turn Left onto Matheson Ave travelling South then Left onto Longfellow Ln then Left onto Jarvis. E Terry St is accessed from Imperial Pkwy OR Old 41 Rd (Tamiami Trail 41). For those not familiar with that area.... it's like a big upside down letter U, Tamiami Trail/Old 41 to the West and Imperial Pkwy to the East, both run N & S with E Terry St at the top connecting the two---Jarvis is South off E Terry.

I wonder how close MS was to TS family. They lived in different states. If you never spent much time with that person (assuming on my part) then I could see a quick switch. That would be made easier if children were busy spending time with family they don't see often and TS/MS family were staying separate (hotel, house etc) vs staying with family in the same location. JMO

For me NIN that would create a bit of extra expense and a lot greater risk. I am certain a lot of people would recognize MS in ft myers/ naples area. it would be easy enough to check the airport.

Think they could pull it off with relatives, given the reported height difference?

And I'm sure voices very different also. Maybe the relatives I'm skeptical but def not the kids

I was away for the last couple of days. Just checking to see if there's been another arrest. Oh well, maybe tomorrow.

Pretty sure the relatives could tell the difference

Missed out on the end of thread #7 @ Vanderbilt the past 24 hours. One of the last posts on there reminded me of something I have been wondering about most of this case? What did MS do for a living before marrying TS? The verified insider that posted a few days ago on WS, stated, I believe, that MS had verbalized thoughts or wishes of becoming a lawyer or doctor. But what he did was work at casinos, restaurants, become an LPN. While those are all fine jobs, good jobs that is still a huge leap to law or medical school. He was basically single, AFAIK, no kids up until he was in his mid-to-late thirties. Some people who talk big but achieve lower goals have a lot of mental/emotional problems, IMHO. It just makes me wonder what his own goals are or were, or did he become tired of waiting around for his own ship to come in? Tired of living in his wife's shadows? The motives beyond love and money are numerous here. The perps may not even be aware of all the motives!

I think $$ would if MS wanted out of the marriage....

I wish we knew if MS was having an affair. I wonder how he could though because between managing the office, homeschooling and being house husband, how would he have time?

If MS is not involved, it is strange (as others have pointed out), that he does not seem to have any concerns about becoming the next victim. He seems more concerned about continuing the practice (and keeping the office tidy, apparently). If I were the possible target of a meth ring, I wouldn't be hanging around doing custodial work in public.

Something I just find weird - he gave his own number to patients, instead of getting a new phone just for patients or simply using the office phone (can't it take messages either?). I'd think he would have known his phone would be overwhelmed by media calls, especially since the arrests. At least a separate number could have a message explaining that it is for patients only, and warn media he won't reply and they would be irresponsible to fill it up and keep patients from getting through.

IMO, he seems enraged, and I believe it is because he could not control TS, and most of his identity was wrapped up in being her husband and business partner. I think, somehow, that was threatened, and he couldn't accept it.

And he has to have a way for previous patients to be able to request their records, get test results, so they can see other doctors or at least not have to repeat tests they have already had completed.

Thanks, msboo! That access was not open, to my knowledge, when I lived in the neighborhood. In fact, I looked at it on Google earth and it looks like very fresh gravel particularly where one enters Imperial/Livingston, and even then not a proper access. In fact, Imperial is four lanes with divider, so I am almost 100% positive a left hand turn off of Imperial/Livingston onto Longfellow is impossible, well, unless you are willing to risk an illegal turn and drive over the median...clearly Longfellow was never supposed to connect, even if platted, as the entry looks decidedly home made in the Google images. Of course, someone nefarious would have no problem using it, but I can not see people in this neighborhood wanting people to use Longfellow...it appears to be not much more than a dirt road (of which there are plenty in Bonita). Were I still living in this neighborhood, I can tell you I most certainly would NOT use Longfellow, particularly during rainy season. But, as you noted if one wanted to do that, well, that is most intriguing. If I lived in the neighborhood and was unaware of the access, how familiar would someone have to be with Jarvis to know they could slip in and out of the neighborhood that way, thereby avoiding the Terry cameras...(although there are still cameras at Dean/Imperial and Bonita Beach Road/Imperial)??? I can see this being used to leave Jarvis, but NOT as a way to get into Jarvis, or at least not from Imperial for reasons noted above. Ok, now I am going to have to go out there and get current pictures of all of this...thanks!

Being asked directly by a tv reporter if he had any involvement in his wife's death, he just looked the reporter in the eye and said nothing. He knows this is going to be broadcast to many people, yet he couldn't even muster an "of course not". I expect his lawyer has asked him to keep quiet, but surely a quick denial would be appropriate under the circumstances.

Pressure getting to him?

People find time, trust me. There are plenty of married women who have managed to juggle all this and more and still have affairs.

It was staged to APPEAR brutal in order to cover up the notion that it was a hired hit, which would have pointed directly at the conveniently out of town husband MS. (IMO)

Another possibility: Staged purposefully to appear to be a crime of passion to point at a possible boyfriend of TS. Not implying TS had a boyfriend but that killer/killers wanted it to look like it. As many of my fellow sleuths know, this many blows usually indicate a crime of passion and is up front and personal. Of course if it was staged to look like a boyfriend killed her, then it would still point to MS. It just goes round and round and right back at the same finish line, IMO.

What if the "female friend in MO" set it up.. Made it point to ms

Something else I've been pondering. After reading the thoughts on MS not gaining anything out of TS's murder because she was the one who brought the bacon home, I came up with another scenario to play against this thought. TS was definitely the top money maker in the relationship and just think how it would affect MS if TS wanted out of this marriage. If she were planning on kicking him out due to something she may have found out, he would be impacted greatly. Now, if she were to die prior to him being kicked out, that's a whole different story isn't it?

Lets not forget the LE question to the neighbours.
Paraphrasing here, but something like:
"How would YOU gain access to the Sievers home if you wanted to get in?"

Odd question to ask the neighbours, isnt it?

HE confessed to the girlfriend, including where he buried the evidence, which included the coveralls with TS's blood. SLAM DUNK!

There is no such thing as a slam dunk in the American legal system.
