I'm marking this one to look into for the Mark Riebe case. He was known to be in that area off and on from 1982 - 1989 and lived briefly on Orange Blossom Trail. He was known to frequent strip clubs and has admitted to killing prostitutes. Emma fits the body type and physical description of some of his other alleged victims.
