On May 17, Wiley told police that she lied, and that “Vivian” was really a man named “Trevor,” according the affidavit. It was his apartment they went to in Temple Terrace, Wiley said. She told police he was wearing a white polo shirt with a floral pattern on the breast pocket.
When they arrived at the apartment, Trevor asked Wiley to go buy him some marijuana, she told police. Wiley left him alone with Felecia for about 35 minutes. She later couldn’t get back into the complex because the gate was locked and Trevor wasn’t answering his phone, according to the affidavit.
When she finally reached him, Wiley said he was “in a panic” and told her he had given Felecia some money to buy candy at CVS. He said he was at the store looking for her and asked Wiley to meet him there. Wiley went to the CVS but couldn’t find him, she told police. She called him, and he told her he was already back at the apartment.
Wiley went back to the complex, where Trevor met her at the front door — without his shirt, she told police. The pair drank some Hennessy Liquor and sat on the couch, according to the affidavit. Eventually, Wiley went into a back bedroom closet to pray for about 10 minutes. Afterward, the report shows, the pair had sex before Trevor put his shirt back on and drove Wiley home.
