Police are one step closer to figuring out the identity of a homicide victim found in a wooded area near the St. Johns Town Center mall in March of 2013... on Friday the Jacksonville Sheriffs Office released a sketch of what they think the victim looks like after forensic research.
JSO said he is likely a white male, but could be Hispanic or Black... the victim could be anywhere between 40 and 75 years old.
