*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 9am ET) - FL -Natacha Augustin (38), T'yonna Major (9) & Dylan Lyons (24) shot & killed Feb. 22, 2023, Pine Hills - *Keith Melvin Moses (19/now 21) arrested (2/22/23) & charged (2/23/23 & 2/28/23) with 1 count (Natacha) of 1st degree murder with a firearm, 2 counts (T’yonna & Dylan) of 1st degree murder with a firearm, 2 counts (Brandi Major & photojournalist Jesse Walden) of attempted 1st degree murder with a firearm & 1 count of armed burglary of dwelling with a firearm. Additional charges (3/10/23) & arraigned (4/10/23) of 2 counts shooting at, within, or into an occupied vehicle, 2 counts shooting at, within, or into a building, 1 count of possession of a firearm by a person found to have committed a delinquent act, 1 count of carrying a concealed firearm, 3 counts of resisting officer without violence & 1 count of armed trespass in structure. Plead not guilty 2/24/23 (to Natacha’s case). Plead not guilty 2/28/23 (to T’yonna & Dylan). Held without bond. Orange County
Trial was set to begin on 6/5/23 was cancelled & reset on 7/24/23 & was cancelled with no further dates.

5/16/24 Update: Court minutes. To be set. Parties to schedule a status hearing with Judicial Assistant before pretrial conference. Court vacates pretrial & discovery Order signed on 10/18/23. Next pretrial conference hearing on 9/10/24 @ 9am.
