Kelli Fisher (SPPD)
Described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds, Fisher has brown eyes and shoulder-length black hair.

Last seen July 16, driving her aunt’s car.

Two days later, that car was found abandoned in an abandoned lot near 803 28th Avenue South, with the front driver’s side door open.

During a news conference Tuesday afternoon, Detective Shannon Halstead provided more details surrounding Fisher's disappearance and provided a timeline of events.

On July 16, Kelli left the Prescott Street South home she shared with her aunt, she never came back.

The aunt reportedly told police she heard the car leaving the morning of July 16, and by the time she was able to look outside, the car was already driving down the street. However, Halstead said the aunt is confident Fisher was in the car.

On July 18, the car was found in an abandoned lot near 803 28th Ave. S. There was no sign of Fisher. Police said they found the car with the door slightly ajar and inside found three phones and a small amount of cash on the dashboard. Halstead said none of the devices appear to belong to Fisher; police are working to learn what they contain.

Police said rumors have spread online about a fight Fisher had with another woman over $40 on July 4. Police said that woman has been ruled out as a suspect.

There are no current suspects or people of interest, Halstead added.
Detectives with the agency have searched doorbell cameras, interviewed family and friends and canvassed her neighborhood, police said.

OK, this makes it even more interesting. The missing woman, Kelli Fisher, has an extensive felony criminal history involving drugs. It's her, as though the age and name are the same, additionally the address of the missing woman in MSM's linked in this thread is the same address of the defendant as listed in the most recent court records. Last conviction 2017 however the fees/fines from that Case No. 17-03449-CF went to collection in December of 2023. That case was a conviction on felony charges involving drugs (possession of cocaine, alpazolam, methadone and marijuana). It is one of many felony drug charges going back to 2009. There are also vehicular infractions. She may be clean and law abiding now, but if she has a past with drug dealers or is still using and simply has no new LE interactions on record, in my opinion that throws another concern into the many already raised.

Under the civil cases, (you have to do a separate search of the court) there is one involving domestic violence, the other party is a woman but it is not recent. The others look to be financial/dept of revenue cases.

While her family said that the missing woman suffers from some mental health issues, she has never gone missing before and it’s unlike her to not contact her family or boyfriend.

“We know the streets talk. So, the streets know what’s going on,” a family member said in the video. “So, we just need the streets to do the right thing and speak up.”

Breaking news :( this is not far from my home. Very sad. No ID on the remains.

‘Police previously said they did not believe Fisher was in the home at the time of the fire.’

From the article:

"Police told FOX 13 they're not currently connecting the fire to Fisher's disappearance, and they're awaiting autopsy results to find out who the remains belong to."

If I'm reading this correctly, she was missing prior to the fire.

So we await ID of the remains. Then - if it turns out to be our missing woman, I wonder what condition the home was in for a body to be overlooked upon searching. Hopefully she was there the whole time. Actually, take that back! Not sure what I'm hoping here.

The remains have been ID’d as Kelli Fisher. I have more questions than answers at this point. Was she dead in the house the whole time? Did she somehow return to the home?
