They might as well give him Life without parole because that's how long it will take before a death penalty enforcement will actually happen. He's 39 years old, the taxpayers will be lucky to get rid of him before he's 70.
It's because she was from another county. He will be tried in Palm Beach Cty for her murder. These three were in Volusia.I wonder why Rachel Beys murder is not among his charges in this trial, state is being allowed to discuss her murder, she comes up frequently when discussing the evidence but she is not a part of the charges the jury will deliberate on,
maybe their will be a second trial for her murder, seems a waste of time and money to me, they have enough evidence to be able to include her in this trial under similar facts rule so they could have included her as his fourth victim

Suspected serial killer from West Palm indicted for 3 murders in Florida
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A man charged with killing a woman in Riviera Beach years ago is now facing three additional murder charges in central Florida.
Robert Tyrone Hayes, 37, of West Palm Beach, faces a 3-count indictment for first degree murder with a firearm.
Hayes is accused of killing Laquetta Gunther, Julie Green, and Iwana Patton in 2005 and 2006.
Investigators said DNA evidence linked Hayes to those murders and to the murder of Rachel Elizabeth Bey of Riviera Beach.
Investigators said a fifth killing, that of 30-year-old Stacey Gage, remains open.
