Yeah. No matter how you look at it, Leila is in a very bad way with unsavory folks. If she is still alive, I wish someone would reach out and help her lost soul. If she is gone, I hope she is finally at peace.

I have a daughter around her age. Breaks my heart.

Is this video that you speak of, is it an article released/video that MSM or LE/authorities have released?
I find these types of statements much more credible and believable (and not as pure gossip/rumors which end up derailing a thread...IMO).
I would really, really love it if you would please provide the link to the video that you referenced, as I cannot seem to find it in any MSM source, nor via LE.

Being so young with a child is already incredibly hard. So very hard. If she had drug issues that makes life the much more harder. My heart breaks for her.

I think if she was done being a parent she would have handed the kid to Dad and his partner (he has a gf/SO, no?). I dont think she left him on purpose. She was just so young and naive possibly, and unlike many others, ran into a monster. Some of us met up with random men, and by luck, sheer luck, those men werent monsters, so we are here now, able to live our lives and dispense our opinions. Hell i was raised well, and still got myself into situations where i may not have been so lucky. Its just sheer luck. And that breaks my heart. Dealing with possible drug use and raising a kid at such a young age?!? Perfect for a predator. But idt she ditched her kid when it seems like dad was involved in his life. In an extreme case she may have left him at his door and ran off. But this is not this case imo. Unfortunately.

it's a video made by the last person to see her get in a car of men that @Gatherer is referring to. it was discussed this morning on gray hughes investigates. it starts at about 6:00.

After listening to Gray H's video all I can say is wow......

I don't know what to think. It sounds like Laila was living a very tumultuous life and her poor baby boy was caught up in it. I hope she is alive and safe and can get the help she seems to desperately need.

I don’t know what to make of that guys story , but no matter of her lifestyle or his story is that she always had her son with her now she doesn’t , that doesn’t give me a good feeling , I’m glad her sons safe now but Leila I don’t think she’s safe . I am so glad we can discussed this video I was waiting patiently on how to bring it up, I first saw it on FB watched it a few times. I think his account is mixed with truth and lies. I still think he is responsible for her disappearance, until the cops say he is not. The timeline is way too short. I believe the sand on Kam came from the beach, Leila either got there Late Friday or early Saturday, if she spent the day with him, there isn't much time left for her to sleep and go party . I have always believed it wasn't some rando that drop Kam off, they would not have cared, he spent time with this child.
However, if his account is true then Leila was partying/staying in that area where they found Kam. The one thing that is consistent as he said it himself, she is never without him. So then I don't think she left him intentionally. I also don't think his belief that she was in Florida before she actually met up with him is accurate, she may have not had the funds to travel as yet so she kept stalling him but was still in GA.
The whole truck purchase thing is very sketchy to me. MOO

What I’m feeling from watching that video and this is just my opinion is she went their to meet him maybe he did give her cash for the truck maybe she couldn’t give him the title or cash back and he lost it on her. Maybe he knew kam couldn’t say what happened and he couldn’t hurt the boy so he let him go . And ya about Everglades as soon as I heard him mention it a few times and thought of the gators. What ever happened to Leila happened away from cameras he knew so much about. But that’s all jmoo

I do believe the POI for the most part, I actually have a ex-friend from the South who sounds just like that. I do also think the POI has alcohol issues (not weed) and possibly cocaine/crack due to the lip smacking and scratching at the neck. He sure doesn't sound like any pot smoker I know...I'm not sure if GH is vaguely aware that alcoholics have bloodshot eyes.

I think she voluntarily left her child for her substance issues, I've seen it a few time, mostly goes unreported. My sister did a similar thing, leaving them in a hotel room while she escorted for drug money. It was a months long mission to locate her children across a few states and we got lucky. Whether Leila is still alive or not is up in the air, hanging out with people like that can lead to your death in numerous ways. Most people, when they are sober are good people, drugs can make people do things sober people can't even conceive of doing. I personally would check local trap houses in the area if I were LE, there could be potential information there. I hope if she is found she gets serious help. I can see if this story is true why there is no way she would drop her child with the father. MOO

I may eat these words later, but I think he's telling the truth. He's an unusual guy, for sure, but I don't think he's lying.
