Sparks fly during tense exchange in trial of Clermont woman accused of killer her husband
-- The state got into a heated argument with the LS’s husband (witness) and accused him of changing his story.
-- The witness apparently does not want to be there to testify.
-- The state pressed the witness on a number of points about his relationship with LS and asked about why the two couldn’t get legally married.
-- The state accused witness of giving them different story than he gave in 2020, after LS's arrest.
-- Back then, his statement was financial issues, in court, today, he stated, LS afraid of being abused again.
-- Concerning the discovery of the body underneath the concrete fire pit- he helped LS and his brother pour the concrete.
