I agree with PattyG. True, the dates match, but other than that we have only hearsay to link him to the stabbing incident. That's not to say he was not involved, but we need documentation before we can accept it as a fact for discussion purposes.

Im sorry to say this, but its about time. If he beat her he obviously isnt right in the head. So he probably wouldnt have any qualms about killing her, or kidnapping her etc.

I am sure more and more will come out regarding 1992 now that Dale has become a suspect. Although we already know Dale has a past criminal history and sadly, Michelle is missing, more and more of the pieces seem to begin to fit.

Sreshowtime, there was supposedly an interview to be done with the brother of the victim from a murder in 1992 (see above post) and involving DS at the time....on Channel 6. Did you catch it? TIA Reporter named Tony, iirc.

If you search the Case Numbers of the two Co Defendants on this you can clearly see that one of them is the 16yr old charged with murder and the other is another person born in 1972, close in age to DS and also charged with aggravated battery. So it is definitely the right case.

That's why I used the word "IF" she dropped off the children and left. We have no idea, except for her new bf who stated to a reporter in a news article she sent him a text about a song she heard on the radio, etc., etc after she dropped off the children.

At this point, we know no more today then we did a few days ago, except there is a suspect.

Ok, so she drives up to the condo and he comes out and helps the kids get out of the car, and they run inside where Grandpa is waiting. Grandpa waves so Michelle sees the kids are with him. And her ex says " hey can you drop me off at Midas, I am getting an oil change." Sure, hop in, she says...as she texts her new bf, and then waits for her ex to get in the car with her.[ speculation alert]

Thank you for the info, but I still need the dots connected. Someone who is shy a month or two of being 21 is not classified as a youth.

Why would an almost 21 year old be hanging out with a 16 year old?

That was Memorial Day Weekend and lots of crimes happen on a holiday weekend.

I know lots of 16 yr olds who hang with 21 yr olds. Once they get into high school they all get mixed in together. Especially if a 16 yr old wants to prove he is tough, he would try to hang with the older dudes. I bet DS was one who wanted to act 'tough/'

Not only that but all of the parties involved are on there if you use AO, BO, CO, DO and EO as the last two letters in the case search. So there were 5 of them charged in this incident.

just fyi, the guy who went to prision for killing the lifeguard that people speculate dale was involed with.... was released in 2002. Just search the florida DOC for Muradanes . I'm pretty sure I'm allowed to post that. right?

Thanks truthsleuth for working to connect those dots that show that Jr was involved in the death of the Wet-n-Wild life guard.. It's so hard being via mobile as it makes searching, and I mean truly searching damn near impossible.. And it kills me to have to sit on my hands unable to mention certain things because I, myself don't have the means to dig up the necessary verification to be able to discuss it(and I'm in no way complaining about us having to verify what we discuss it's one of the awesome things about WS and what sets it miles apart from the rest).. I appreciate your posting the info proving that the Agg Assault charge on Jr took place on 5/30.. Just as the murder of Andrew did on 5/30.. Sad that so many involved and only one got charged with the murder while others literally IMO got a slap on the wrist at best.. IMO obviously due to Jr future choices made after that we see that slap on the rest was no deterrent whatsoever to keep him from continuing to act out in violent behaviors, especially towards women who trusted and cared for him..

Some ask what's a 20 yr old(Jr) doing hanging out with a 16yr old(minor charged with 2nd degree murder of lifeguard).. Well for one I have a pretty good idea that Mr. Jr was never the most mature young man of the bunch.. So I easily could see him hangin with 16yr olds when he was 20.. Infact NOT UNHEARD OF PERIOD FOR GUYS TO RUN TOGETHER WITH A 4YR AGE DIFFERENCE(especially once turning 16 and driving their pretty much not far apart in the maturity Dept to be honest)..

So not only do I NOT find JR hanging with a 16yr old when he was 20 odd, but sadly I believe there was a larger motive behind it than just that.. In fact a much more premeditated motive.. Just as the guy who knows Jr and the murder victim said it was premeditated In his opinion.. And well in going with that "in theory"(am not claiming it to be fact) but well.. You see these exact same situations MANY MANY TIMES IN GANG LIFE.. the older guys(18+) have the minors/juvies either commit the crime.. OR TAKE THE FALL FOR THE CRIME.. and I think most know the reason there.. That of course the minor would get a helluva a lighter sentence(I mean look!! The 16yr old has already served his time and been a free man for almost 10yrs) Obviously.. That does happen frequently and by no means am I claiming that to be a fact in thise situation but I damn well believe it could very likely be a huge part of what motivated the 16yr old to be the MAIN ASSAILANT.. KWIM??
