Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour has given the approval to extradite Jarred Harrell to face child *advertiser censored* charges in Clay County, where he has also been named as a man of interest in the Somer Thompson slaying.

I figure any guilty party would agree to a voluntary swab when asked, because refusing would make them look guilty right there and then.

IMO, I think the shed probably houses all of their radio equipment, which would explain the air conditioning and moving it to a rental house.

Maybe things were so heated when his friends kicked him out of the apt. that he didn't have time to grab anything. It appears as though this guy is ten fries short of a happy meal as it is... add a little drama into a situation & he probably freaked & left. He probably didn't think his friends would check out his computer - they probably had one of their own. I heard through the grapevine that he will be in the custody of the Clay County Sheriffs Office by next Friday!!

I think they will process the evidence they found in the latest searches of the 3 houses and car first. Even with dna it is nice to have something showing he murdered her too and transported her.

Once they charge him with Somer's kidnapping/murder, his right to a speedy trial begins.

He's not going anywhere, so it's better if they get their test results back and charge him when/if they have evidence to convict.

Is there any evidence that we know of that says he raped someone? The word "others" insinuates he has raped at least one person. Are you saying that you know Somer was raped by JH?

Somer may be his only homicide victim...but I think he has sexaully assaulted other children before now. Maybe a family member or a friends child. But I do think there are other children out there that he has hurt.

Little Foxwell was seen by her sister being taken from their bedroom by a RSO who was registered in 2 states. Over 3000 people were out looking for her on Christmas Day. They had the RSO in jail charged with kidnapping...when LE found her murdered body, it took another 3 to 4 weeks to charge Leggs with her murder. LE wanted an airtight case so they took their time.

My point is if Jarred is charged with 29 counts of child *advertiser censored* and behind bars, LE may want more time for an air tight case of murder. It's happened in many other cases. moo

they haven't released that information so as to preserve the integrity of the case. but they have dna and I would assume that dna was found to be male dna. so I would speculate that yes she was sodomized or sexually assulted. the creep probably either strangled her or she died of blunt force trauma to the head " two most typical ways children are found murdered"
