AKA "Lloyd"; known street person.

This guy looks spot on like John Davis Keefer, who was just added to DoeNet today.

However, his height and age are a little off, and his name is not "Lloyd".

Also, the UID was a known street person, but for how long was he known?

I'd say probably not the same guy, but I am putting it up anyway because the resemblance is so striking.

I'd say this is probably a no but his name is Lloyd, his height is an exact match and his age is in the range. The timing is ten years off but it would have given him time to become "a known street person".

The location is on the other side of the country and supposedly something about his circumstance suggests foul play locally.

The resemblance does not strike me as "wow, that's the same man for sure" and he would have to have lost 70 pounds while missing. That's quite possible while living on the street I guess and it could account for some facial differences but if the reconstruction (large version here http://www.hillsboroughcounty.org/index.aspx?NID=360) is accurate Lloyd the street person seems to have had blue eyes and Lloyd Farrar was brown-eyed. Not sure how much artistic licence there is in the reconstruction.

Yes that's scary close!

Definitely worth submitting, I'd say. Lloyd might well be a nickname or a name he picked at random after he left home, and while the stats are a little off, the height is still in range and 50-70 is awfully broad.

5'9" to 6' wouldn't be much of a stretch, but 5'6" would be. I'm wondering about Anthony's tattoo -- but the UID's entry is so sparse, they might just not have bothered to mention it.

He sounds like someone who could become a known street person but he's a little young if the age range 50-70 is correct.

He does sound like someone we should keep an eye out for in our homeless UIDs, doesn't he?

Ruleouts as of 15 March 2015 per Namus https://identifyus.org/en/cases/196

The following people have been ruled out as being this decedent:

First Name Last Name Year of Birth State LKA

Howard Gratteau 1947 Florida
John O'Connor 1944 Florida
Kenneth Schweighart 1935 New Jersey

Did anything ever come of this? I was looking at John Davis Keefer's case and wow! That resemblance is very striking.

I have submitted a potential match to DoeNet for John Keefer and Case File 634UMFL.

Glad to see John Keefer submitted -- I wonder if we should submit Lloyd Farrar to be on the safe side?

Link to the new Namus: Unidentified Person Case

It doesn't appear that anything has changed since 2012. He's still listed as pending exhumation. I know things often move slowly, but that seems a little bit much...

I wonder if John Keefer can’t be compared for some reason? He looks identical to the sketch! ETA: no new rule outs.
