I haven’t found it but maybe somebody else has. When did she get charged with murder?

Actually she was never charged with murder. The DA made a plea agreement with her - to plea to 2nd degree murder. On Count 2 & 3: child neglect, Count 4: Giving false info to LE & Count 5: Tampering with evidence - Prosecutors gave notice of Nolle Prosequi (dismissed the charges). Not sure "what" happened with the amended charges on 3/9/20 (in my notes below).

Here is what I have in my notes regarding her actual charges.

*Brianna Shontae Williams (27/now 29) “mom” charged (11/12/19) & arrested (11/13/19) , re charged (12/4/19) & arraigned (1/8/20) & re arraigned (4/7/20) with 2 counts of 3rd degree culpable child neglect, 1 count of giving false info to LE during investigation (F3) & 1 count of tampering with evidence (F3). Plead not guilty. $500K bond reduced (11/13/19) to $100K & changed to $1.1M (11/21/19).
*Charged
(amended 3/9/20 additional charges) & arraigned (4/7/20) with willful torture, unlawful caging, tampering with evidence (F3) & 1st degree aggravated child abuse.

Court documents suggest that Williams tortured, maliciously punished or caged Taylor sometime between the last time the girl was seen alive in April & Nov. 6, 2019 -- when Williams reported her missing.
Bond conditions: GPS or ankle, no alcohol, no contact with witness or co-defendant, no firearms or weapons & no internet.

So this "innocent" mother who pled not guilty, has now pled guilty to 2nd degree murder. The above court info states that her 1.1M bond was revoked in 3/3/22 and set at none. I take that to mean she has been free since this time. The prosecution offered her a plea deal that dropped the initial charges of count 2 and 3: child neglect, count 4: giving false info to LE and count 5: tampering with evidence. That is all they could definitely prove at that time.

I commend the prosecutors and the DA for arranging this plea deal where she pled guilty to 2nd degree murder, and look forward to Brianna spending decades in prison if justice is served.

It is obvious that she never cared about Taylor, and considered her in the way of her career aspirations. Decent, empathetic people will surrender a pet that they don't want or can't look after. She didn't care enough for Taylor to do that..it might make her look bad on her resume. She cut off family connections to live her new life, which didn't include a child. People at work didn't know she had a child.

She deserves the max sentence allowed for 2nd degree murder. She is one of the worst child abusers and child murderers that I have seen in many years.

My guess is the sentencing hearing is taking so long and having so much evidence presented is because she plead guilty to 2nd degree murder and avoided a trial. The state is going to show just how badly she made little Taylor suffer.

Can you tell us what happened - busy making dinner & can not watch! TIA! :)
I couldn't watch, was at the dentist with my daughter. I will try and watch it later but I am also trying to watch the G. Wagner trial. And hubby is on vacation this week so trying to get projects done around the house!

I started watching late, but at 12:15 they broke for lunch (at least I assume it's for an hour or so of lunch, I don't think they're only doing this in half-day increments). They showed a video of the detective interrogating her but I couldn't hear it hardly at all. It was a video of a video of a video.
