Family and friends of a Viera teen are planning a prayer vigil tonight for the boy who has been missing for nearly one week.
They have more questions than answers about how William Billy Patient, 16, went missing from a group of kids swimming off Juno Beach on Sunday, May 5. Theyre holding on to hope that Billy walked out of the ocean and is coming home.
VIERA, Fla. (AP) - The family of a 16-year-old boy who disappeared after going swimming with other residents from a private treatment center says they are not giving up on finding him.
Private Investigator Rafael Mojica has been assigned to Patient's case.
"If there has been activity on Facebook, most likely he must be alive. But it is hard to tell because with Facebook and technology there are flaws," Mojica said.
Mojica says he is tracing IP addresses and trying to find where the logins are originating from.
