Date of Birth: 10/26/1963
Place of Birth: Harrah, OK

Ex girl friend: date of birth: 12/22/1958 in Atoka, Ok

Ex girl friend’s new spouse: date of birth: 05/11/1962
Tony is described as a hard worker, never misses work. He was married
in 2008. He has 5 children. He has one son in the military.
*But he was involved in a contentious custody case with an ex girl friend.
The custody court date was 12/04/2009, Oklahoma City.
Timeline:
5:30a.m.: Tony Day left for work Dec. 4, 2009.
He never showed up. He has not been found.
5:52a.m.: GPS discovered that the company truck stopped at a 4 way intersection. It was there for four minutes. The 4 way stop was in a very rural area.
6:00a.m.: GPS says truck was in the field where truck was found that night.
6:18a.m.: The last text from Tony’s phone. Wife believes it was not Tony who texted. The text was : ‘we need to talk.’
When wife texted back, phone was off.
Tony’s keys, wallet, cell phone and lunchbox were in the truck.
Truck found at 10;30pm (approximately) that night.
8:52a.m.: Dec 3, 2009, ex girl friend filed for a marriage license.
There are numerous court documents. Restraining orders on both sides.
It has been reported that two years ago Tony was beaten up by the ex gf’s dad, brother, and friends. Police had to break up the fight.
Rumored that ex gf told Tony that she would make him disappear, that her father threatened Tony after the fight.

Was then appealed. Last appeal hearing was May 27th 2009. Shakespeare didn't show to court.

From previous filings, I learned they were trying to collect from Abraham unpaid fees for their legal services.

On 10/26/09, they have asked the court to remove themselves from the case and change the party plaintiff name to Dee Dee Moore. As part of this order, they are asking that Dee Dee Moore be authorized to obtain funds currently frozen at Community Bank and the contents of his safety deposit box.

How can an unknown party be granted access to Abraham's bank funds and contents of his safety deposit box?

As we analyze these complex legal transactions, remember...Abraham is a man who could neither read or write.
Polk County has added the court's ruling to the above filing. On 10/22/09, the judge authorized Dee Dee Moore access to Abraham's frozen bank account and safety deposit box to satisfy a judgement. Stitzel and Abraham were CC'd on the ruling. I wonder if this is related to Stitzel claiming he spoke to Abraham in October? The judge had no knowledge that Abraham was missing when he signed the order.

'This is completely out of character for her not to call anybody in the family said Lisa Robertson, Wix's aunt. ''She calls several times a day and talks to some of us. I knew something was wrong when she didn't call.''

Her boyfriend told the family that he and Jenn had argued on Thursday evening and that he took her to the interstate exit nearby, (I-65 N exit 112). He told them that she asked him to leave but he decided to pull across the street and make sure she was meeting someone.

She waited for five or ten minutes and then got into the backseat of a white four door car. He was very vague in the description of the automobile and said he did not see the person in the car or which direction they went.

He stated that Jennifer returned to his home on Friday afternoon, without Adrianna driving the car she had gotten into the night before for her income tax return that was to be in that day. His parents were not home to give her the money so she left and said she would return on Saturday to get it.

It is not known if she returned to get it.. On Saturday, March 27, 2004 when she did not return her family reported Jennifer and Adrianna missing. Jennifer has no car, no money, and did not take any clothes or personal items with her. There is an open police investigation and the detectives suspect no foul play.

ENDANGERED MISSING Adrianna & Jennifer Wix Assumed Deceased Cold Case

It is stated that Adrianna and Jennifer Wix are assumed deceased. Boyfriend has changed his story several times per the Robertson County sheriff's office. At first he told authorities that he last saw Jennifer Wix on Thursday when she left with a friend he didn't know. Then officials say his story changed when he told them that he took Jennifer Wix and her daughter to an Exxon station and dropped them off at about 9:30 that night. When asked, he could not recall which Exxon, a sheriff's report said. His story changed several times more, the report said. He told authorities that Jennifer Wix left his house at 6681 Owens Chapel Road in a white, four-door Ford Mustang or a white, four-door Chevrolet Camaro.

Kimster you are absolutely right these girls do need to be found. This is the first I have read about this case and was just stunned that the B family property was not searched thoroughly in the begiining.

I have read Kathy's story about her daughter and granddaughter and cannot imagine the pain she has been in.

There is certain information critical to casting correct charts.

1. Please provide complete birth info for Jennifer including TIME, DATE, PLACE of birth. If same information is known for Adrianna, provide that also.
Jennifer and Adrianna were both born in Springfield, TN. Jennifer was born on 8/16/1982 at 8:15 am. Adrianna was born on 1/14/2002 at 11:20 pm

2. Please provide the TIME and PLACE (city or town/state) Jennifer called Mom on Wednesday, 3/24/04.
Jennifer called me on 3/24/2004 at approx 9:15 pm. I was in Cross Plains, TN and she was calling from Springfield, TN from her boyfriend's home where she and Adrianna were living on Owens Chapel Rd

3. Please provide the TIME(s) Jennifer spoke on the telephone to other family members on Thursday, 3/25/04 and their relation to her (e.g., father, cousin, etc.)
To the best of my knowledge, it was approx 1:30 pm that Jennifer spoke with Aunt for a brief time and then immediately afterwards spoke with her father.

I last saw Jennifer on Tues, March 23, 2004 at approx 8:30 p.m. at the Dollar General store in Cross Plains, TN......she had taken Adrianna to the doctor that day and I had picked up some medicine for her (at Jenn's request), the bf brought her there, Adrianna was with them. It was clear that there was tension between Jenn and the bf and the baby was crying, she begged to go home with me, but I had to work the next day.......so Jenn and I discussed her coming to my house for the following weekend. They left and I never seen them again.

Yes, Jenn talked to her Aunt and her Dad on Thursday, she (Jenn) called both of them from the bf's parents home telephone. My understanding of the time is that the call to her Aunt was around 1:00 p.m. and the call to her Dad after that, but I'm not sure of the time. I have never been able to see the phone records that are in evidence and her Dad's memory has never been certain of the time. The time of the call to her Aunt is pretty accurate though.

Sarah's DOB: 7/21/80, born in Fort Lauderdale

Last seen at her home in Barrington, NH at 10 am on December 13

Barrington Police notified shortly after 10 am on December 13 by her husband.

Last person to see her would be her husband, and 23 month old son.

Car found in the median at MM 141.5 on I-95 Northbound at 6:15 pm by tow truck driver

Wearing shorts, t-shirt and "spring jacket"as described by her husband. When in a "manic state" she feels very warm.

I don't know her husband's DOB, but I can find out.

Now for some clarification on the "Marla Moon" situation:

About 2 years ago when Sarah was in a manic state she was hospitalized in Florida. When they asked her name, she told them "Marla Moon." She used it just this one time, one incident, to one person at the hospital.

If you are familiar with people who are bi-polar,when off their medication, they often become delusional or disoriented to person.

When the police were questioning her husband, they asked if she ever went by any other names. In an effort to give them as much information as possible, he mentioned the time she used it at the hospital. Again, one time, one incident.

Certainly, not an "alias" which the police are reporting. Stating that she uses an alias has such a negative connotation, as you all know. So hopefully, this will clear up some of the misconception and not detract from the real issue of trying to find her.

What none of the articles have stated is that Sarah is warm and funny and talented with a baby who keeps asking for his mother.

Steven Thell Koecher is from St. George, Utah. He has been missing since December 13, 2009. He was last seen on surveillance video at exactly 12:00 p.m. that day.

On video he is seen parking his car on a cul de sac (Savannah Springs) in a residential neighbourhood in Henderson Nevada. After parking the car he walks up the street and turns a corner onto another street (Evening Lights).

Nobody knows why Steven was in Nevada.

On December 11, Steven was in St. George. On December 12 he purchased Christmas presents at a KMart in St. George. On Dec. 13, before the video he had a cell phone call from a friend. Both Steven and his friend from St. George were in Nevada at that time, but they did not go together. His friend stated that neither knew the other was there until the phone call. His car was found on Dec. 15 still parked on the cul de sac.

Steven's date of birth is Nov. 1, 1979

Hopefully our Astro's can enlighten us on what happened to Steven through their charts. Maybe the family can figure something out if they know why he was in this neighbourhood.

She disappeared from Hayward, CA in 1988. Here are her stats:

Born: January 24, 1979, at 8:37 p.m

Witnessed Stranger Abduction: November 19, 1988, at 10:15 a.m., in Hayward, California (San Francisco Bay Area).

The location was at the corner of Mission Boulevard and Lafayette. At that time it was called Rainbow Market.

Her abductor was described as a man in his early 20s with long greasy hair, bad acne and "fox eyes". He moved her scooter from the side of the store and put it next to his car, grabbing her when she went to retrieve it. She has not been seen or heard from since and this case remains unsolved.

Her birthday is next week. Her mom was hopeful that a connection to the Jaycee Dugard case would have helped solve this crime in the SF Bay Area, but police ruled out Garrido and she is back to square one.

Brandon Swanson

Swanson called home shortly after midnight May 14, 2008, telling his parents he needed a ride because he had driven into a ditch in the neighboring town of Lynd, Minnesota.

At 6:30 a.m., Annette Swanson called the Lynd Police Department to report Brandon missing, and officers eventually joined the search.

Phone records later showed that the teen was nowhere near Lynd, where he told his parents he was. His cell phone calls were traced to a tower 20 miles away in Minnesota.

That afternoon, Lyon County police found Swanson's vehicle in Porter, approximately 25 miles from Lynd

If this has not already been requested, could you please consider doing a chart for KELLY CATALANO? She went missing on January 15, 2010 from Chesterfield, Virginia.

Her date of birth has been reported as 4/20/1969.

She was reportedly last seen walking away from her place of employment at around 10:00am that morning. (Note: I've also seen this reported as 10:30am, depending upon the news article linked in her thread in the missing forum.)
